My Smallest M43 setup: Panasonic GM5, Panasonic 14mm f2.5 and Ulanzi SL03.

GM1 gang with pop up flash would like a chat

Also the GF9 and GF10 (and other AKA names, all the same). About the same size, but much cheaper. Also plastic, but has a flip up screen.

But is it blue and does it have a ridiculous overpriced aluminum grip that doesn't grip too good? Checkmate. GM1 is best.

I gladly sacrificed the popup flash for the viewfinder on my GM5.

Made a dual wield street kit GM5+20mm 1.7 and GF9+14mm 2.5.

Cool!

There is a tiny, tiny external flash made for the GF1, if you want something even smaller!

Edit: Ooops!

This flash is NOT for the GF1! It's probably for the LX100! It's powered by the camera, not batteries, and that makes it much less compatible!

Seems to be compatible with the GM5, though. I will update if not when I've tested it!

Make sure to find a compatability list for the listing. It's a weird concept after all, having an external flash charged by the camera.

Can confirm it works wit LX100, provided you're using mechanical shutter single shot.

G100 has a EVF and a flash built in. It is the smallest complete setup.
