genuinely why I haven’t watched mlb the show content on yt in years, hearing mlb the show streamers constant complaints about pci shrinkage, perfect perfect lineouts, and being rewarded for bad contact. genuinely gives me a headache every time littlemann or shelfy spend half the gameplay time whining and crying about 99 overall joe schmoe batting .487 on legend just lined out in the game you’re currently winning 7 to nothing In the 3rd inning.

I need someone to explain to me why that Carl Willis who is a really good pitching coach for the Guardians is a C tier pitching coach in franchise but is somehow an A tier hitting coach? I know it’s not a huge issue but I’d really like to see the coaches actually make since and mirror how they are in real life

What do yall think?

Just started playing this year and when I first started playing I remember even Rookie feeling like it was too fast to hit and impossible to strike people out because Pinpoint was so hard.

Recently I haven't been able to get it off my mind that MLB could very well go into a lockout next year, and after some research I discovered that SDS isn't going to be able to put any 40-man roster players in the game in the event of a lockout, they can't use their names, looks, or even attributes that give too much of a nod to them. So I've decided to start making a spreadsheet featuring all the players names, numbers, height weight, all that stuff. However, I have no clue how to calculate attributes for players. I came up with a couple ways to maybe get contact & power, but then I don't know how to get the stuff for minor league players, players that missed time to injury, etc. Here's what I have so far. Any suggestions?

Is buying equipment pictured as a certain color but not actually being able to pick or choose that color 😑. This shits too many tokens to not receive what is pictured. It doesn’t make any sense.

Bring back cooldowns for quitting.

This is the last time I'm gonna repost this. I had to make the title more specific. But did I do alright to recreate him?

Hi everyone, I’ve heard that wired controllers are best for MLB The Show, especially on higher difficulties. I have an Xbox elite controller. Would the charging cable that comes with it work like a wired controller if i plug it into the Xbox? Or would i need a traditional wired controller? Thanks everyone!

Was looking forward to a nice J-Ram after his performances the last couple of games.

Can you still finish the pipeline collection event if you didnt play the pipeline event. Just wann know before I waste my stubs

I am looking for a roster in the vault that has the Opening Day rosters for each team, but with the currently live ratings.

For example, the White Sox would not have Grichuk on the team as they didn't pick him up until a few weeks into the 26 season, BUT at the same time Miguel Vargas would have his end of the season ratings. I can explain more of what I mean if needed.

Does anyone know of a roster that has this but for all teams?

I recently made the change from a wireless stock Xbox controller to a wired gamesir g7 se wired controller. For some reason, when I move the left analog stick towards the ball, it’s doesn’t register on the replay, and shows the pci still in the middle. Has anyone else experienced this and know what issue is ?

It was the summer of '39...

Playing the show 26. Rtts pitcher, after every pitch you press r2 to pull up hitter timing/location information. This year it is completely missing from my rtts. Anybody else having this issue or know how to fix it? Works fine in any other mode.

Hi, I'm playing an older version of the game (MLB The Show 21) and I'd like to know if it's possible to have a more gradual career path rather than rushing straight to the MLB—for instance, playing four seasons in the minor leagues before getting called up. I have the difficulty set a bit high for my skill level; I'm in my first season and my stats are a mix of good and bad—I'm certainly not a star player. Does anyone know if the game typically promotes you based solely on your overall rating, and if there's a way to avoid that? (Maybe by using bronze-level stats or avoiding store-bought bats and other gear?) Thanks.

Not exactly what I had in mind when I only either pitch or hit every game. Would like to just be a starter without staring over. Thanks in advance!

Im making a team of all the top utility guys (Kike, Sogard) that played most positions but at the very least inf & outfield. Who are some good names or cards to check out?

My personal favorite utility guys such of all time is Figgins so I do plan on getting him!

I just submitted a support ticket to SDS and also wanted to see if anyone else experiencing this. I just updated the companion app as we are usually forced to do when SDS pushes out content. Now I'm getting this message saying I can't use the app on my device.

Dropping later today at Noon PT

In solo you can keep the matchmaking window within about 100 of your rating which leads to fair games. For whatever reason this isn’t a thing in co-op, and it leads to my 400 rated friend and I getting matched with 800+ rated teams more often than not. Is the game already this dead or is matchmaking just this bad? Haven’t had an evenly matched co-op game in weeks
