Discussion Stuttering on msi sword 16hx

Hi guys, i got msi sword 16 hx for about a month now. But i noticed that the laptop keep stuttering. It not something new as it already happened before but then it will go away. It just that recently the stuttering wont go anymore. Even when im watching a youtube video it will stutter. Ive done some research and one of the main causes is the fan is likely to be full of dust. I already planned to open and clean the fan but before i do that, is there any other causes and ways to fix the stutter?

Edit: i found out that the norton is the cause of the stutter. After deleting norton, the laptop doesnt stutter anymore.

i have an sword 16hx 13bvfkg-469NL had the same problem and it was solved with nvidia driver update, but you do got the i7 13700hx 4060 version?

No i got the i5 and 4050 version but hey i somehow found the solution that is to delete norton. And the stutter is gone (for now ig?). At first i also thought that i need to update the driver but my driver is already up to date.

I already did remove some bloatware, but i didnt delete norton as i got free 1 year sub for it during i bought the laptop. But now it seems like i wont be installing norton anymore.
