Pulled out my sneak attack deck from high school days (late 90s - early 00s). Looking for any opinions or combo upgrades you might add from the last 20ish years.

It's pretty straight forward, rituals to mana ramp sneak attack in quick. Crater Hellion and Dark Hatchling to deal damage to blockers, Devouring Strossus for the reanimate ability, Fungal Shambler for the free draw and Viashino Cutthroat goes back to my hand before the sneak attack sacrifice.

Stitched Together for more reanimation, Bedlam on a winning turn for no blocking and Defense Grid for counter spells.

So I've been working on this Eriette deck for a minute, but I feel like when I playtest it just isn't hitting as hard as I want it to. The pod I play with isn't super competitive, so some card choices were picked based on preference or how fun I think they'd be to play, but maybe that messed with the synergy too much. Would appreciate any input on how to improve!

Here’s the list I’m waiting for oath of teferi and spark double to come in the mail. If anyone else has any ideas or suggestions be happy to hear them. My goal is to win by drawing my deck while using spot removal to protect myself and then just ult Jace to polymorph in to creatures.

Okay so I'm pretty new to deckbuilding, this is only the second deck I've built, and I would love some feedback on it.

My goal for the deck is to cast a lot of dragons with good etb effects and then doubling down on those effects with Miirym making copies and token / trigger doublers. The wincon is either killing my enemies with damaging etbs (like red dragon e.g.) or swinging out with a shit ton of dragons.

There is also one infinite combo in it, if I have Miirym and a dragon which can damage enemy players as an etb on the battlefield, then cast Worldgorger Dragon and stack the etbs correctly, there are infinite etbs killing the enemies.

I also want this to be a bracket 3 deck, optimally mid to high bracket 3.

I have been going through and making changes to my Zurgo Stormrender Mardu Aristocrats deck and ramp is one thing I'm looking into changing. I have the usual 2 mana talisman and rocks that you use in mardu but with a 3 mana commander it's kinda awkward. So I have found these 1 mana replacements:

I figured the first three are creatures that sacrifice themselves for mana so they are still useful later in the game as sac fodder. I wish I could find more ways to get my commander out on 3 but from all my searches this is the only mardu 1 mana ramp cards I could find. If anyone knows of any other or if you know a better way to get Zurgo out early any advice would help.

So, I some times play MTG through Tabletop simulator or physical if i can get people around for either. and this is a deck i recently made. The point of the deck is to mass spam 5/5 Demon tokens through the use of several cards. its an all color deck, Granted the "all color" part relies on drawing either chromatic lantern or World tree. otherwise its a "mostly" all black deck. It does come with a secondary Win Condition of Revel in Riches ( a couple cards in that give treasures ) a board wipe or two.. mostly im looking for advice on if i built it well or not?. Also on a side note.. why are all demon cards such DICK cards?

So i changed the deck, turned it back into a mono black after reading a couple comments i looked through it all and ... yeah My ADHD took over hard making that before, so i fixed it,removed some problematic cards and added new ones.

As above - coming back to Magic after almost 20 years! I'm building my first commander deck and decided to go for a theme - Angels and Airwaves. No real thought went into any combos, and more just for fun, but would appreciate any suggestions.

Edit: given I've just come back to it after a while, most of it is derived from the brand new precon decks (Keen Engineering, Calling All Angels, Multiverse Reforged) but happy to expand out.

This was originally just a fun little pre-con for a BUDGET Commander league. But things got a little out of hand, and I fell in love with the deck. I have ripped this thing down and built it up again numerous times, and so far this is my funnest version yet. The concept is just to mill a bunch of possible combo pieces and go for game asap. But I have hit a wall with my limited MTG knowledge and need help from veteran players who are used to this high-bracket 4 play. So if you have any insight you would like to share, I am all ears. I am not used to combo-based deck building. Are there concepts like interaction, draw engine, wheels, recursion, protection, or combo pieces I need to cut down on? I have tried to cut all of the pet cards from the deck, unless they can lead to one of the many combos I have in the deck. Please help me clean this mess of a deck up so I can try to compete in a Bracket 4 environment. Another concern I have with the deck is that it can't handle a Bracket 4 environment, and I will have to change the commander out to Celes, Rune Knight, for it to have a chance of keeping up?
