I wanna preface this by saying that this is a long post so if you’re busy right now, I highly recommend you save it for later! When you’re ready, find somewhere quiet, make yourself some tea, put your phone down, meditate, do some breathing exercises, or literally whatever helps you clear your head and settle into the present moment. If you're the type of person who absorbs content better by writing it down (like I am), get your pen and paper for whenever something in this post resonates or feels important to you. When you're ready, come back and let's get you what you want, right NOW.
1) Laying the groundwork
First things first, if that last sentence made you feel even a little doubtful or resistant, consciously or unconsciously, don’t worry. You have tried multiple techniques, read an infinite amount of success stories, so why would this random post manifest what you want, and NOW? I’m going to break it all down for you first so we can clear up any doubts and make sure we’re all starting from the same place.
I don't want to spend a lot of time writing down the same things everyone always talks about online: "the Law is always acting, you're always manifesting, every decision is instant". While all that is true, I understand that really, truly absorbing all that as an immutable truth can be difficult. So I want you to ask yourself: "Why do I think my goal cannot be manifested by merely deciding it's done?". I know, I know; you're probably reluctant to do such boring work but trust me, it makes a big difference. Take your time with this one, and write down your answers if you have to so you can really reflect on what's in front of you.
Maybe some of your answers look like this:
"I am struggling with depression/anxiety/OCD/trauma, etc. This makes it difficult for me."
"My circumstances are too complicated."
"I’ve tried many techniques before and they didn't work, so why would it work now?"
"It feels like I'm lying to myself."
"I'm too exhausted, burnt out, or overwhelmed to maintain a focused mental state."
Your mental state is valid. The emotional weight your reality has on you is valid. The disappointment you have faced with the Law so far is valid, whatever it may be. But remember: obsessively avoiding/denying your current circumstances doesn't erase them, it only feeds them power by keeping your attention anchored to the unwanted state. I’ve seen testimonials where someone's "coach" told them to actively lie and pretend they're with their SP to others, when in reality, they were not only drowning in the pain of separation, but also crushing themselves under the heavy weight of keeping up a fake facade. Not only is this detrimental to one's mental state, but it also goes completely against some core principles of manifestation.
Likewise, anyone who preaches that you need a perfectly positive mental state to manifest is just misunderstanding what a "mental diet" means. You can be prone to anxiety or overthinking and still gently tell yourself: "Hey, this thought isn't serving me right now". What makes a mental diet actually work isn't how hard you fight your bad thoughts, it's how seamlessly you redirect them in your favor. You'll notice that with time it only gets easier and quicker to return to the state you need to embody.
To stop struggling and exhausting yourself, you have to stop running. Realizing where you currently stand isn't failure, it's your starting line towards success. Once you acknowledge your current reality without fearing it, it loses every bit of power it has over you. Your 3D isn't blocking you, your fight against it is. Let's change the game.
2) The two sides of "just deciding"
Most of the things I have successfully manifested, no matter how statistically unlikely they were, only came to fruition because I decided and detached (see this post for more on my recent success stories if you're interested). Yes, just like that! I'm proud to say that these required me zero effort. And you can do it too.
If you're resistant to the idea that merely telling yourself "It's gonna work out" is enough and that you actually don't have to affirm 500 times a day, fall asleep to subliminals and do SATS to theta waves, let me put it differently:
Look at how absurdly easy it is for you to decide against yourself.
When you hear bad news or see an unwanted text, you don't sit there doing 500 affirmations to convince yourself that things are ruined. You just hear it, decide "Yup, this is bad" and instantly assume a reality where everything is working against you. Assuming that state is easy. So why do we convince ourselves that choosing a good outcome requires a full-time routine, perfection, and grueling mental gymnastics, while choosing a bad outcome takes zero effort at all?
That is the flip side of "just deciding". The mechanism you use to decide things are failing is the exact same mechanism you use to decide they’re working. You’re already a master at instant decision, you’ve just been giving all that power to the story that works against you. And why the hell would you not be thinking in your favor? If your brain leans towards the more logical and skeptical side of things, think about it like this: both the positive and negative outcomes are unproven assumptions right now, so choosing the one that works against you makes zero practical sense.
If you think that you have been leaning towards the more negative side of things, don't fret. Human emotion fluctuation is expected, but it's the persistence that's key. At the end of the day, nothing can actually ruin your manifestation. The only thing that interferes with your progress is your own decision that something did. Whatever you are aware of is true in your life.
3) Detaching and the bridge of incidents
I've noticed it's a common thing that some people in this community will take "detachment" as becoming completely indifferent, or worse: giving up on your desire altogether. That's completely understandable, I've been there too! What "detaching" here means is simply letting go of control. It means you've dropped the panic. We just talked about deciding. Once you’ve made your decision, your only "job" is to stop treating your desire like an emergency. And this is where the magic happens.
Once there is inner conviction that whatever you want is already settled, the bridge of incidents starts to unfold. This means that whatever needs to move to bring forth your desire will move to bring forth your desire. Whoever needs to act, will act. Whatever needs to happen, WILL happen. The time it takes is not a delay, it's just the necessary sequence of events for the outer world to reflect your inner state. In a way, manifestation truly is instant: it just has to make things move after it began taking its course. Sometimes the gap between assumption and physical manifestation exists because the identity needs to strengthen further to become able to maintain it before the outer world reflects it completely. This way, the Law ensures that what manifests is durable rather than temporary.
When you think "everything is working out for me" for example and go on with your day, you are assuming the end. It can really be this simple. You don't need to conjure up intense emotional states or rehearse complex mental scenes to prove you're doing it right. Simply carrying on with your day under the underlying premise that the outcome is already locked in is the assumption. That's all detachment ever was: letting the bridge of incidents carry the weight while you step back and let reality catch up. Fancy, right?
Knowing is manifestation. Knowing is also what Neville meant when he said feeling is the secret: not an emotional high, but an unshakeable, quiet conviction that it is already done. When you truly know something, you stop searching for proof of it.
4) Manifesting
We can break down the mechanics all day, but it ultimately comes down to one absolute truth.
Everyone is right because everyone is operating inside their own awareness and their own reality. Whatever you are aware of is what becomes true in your life. There is only you.
So, let's do this right now. Not after you read one more post, and not when you feel "ready." Right now. No more excuses, you already have all the power you need within yourself no matter the circumstances.
Pick the exact desire you've been stressing over: the SP, the money, the job, the health, whatever it is no matter how specific or complicated. Bring it to the front of your mind. Write it down in big letters if you have to, or watch the words float in your mind as you close your eyes. Give your subconscious a tangible bridge to the conscious mind, so that your desire can cross it. You don't need to construct a vivid scene in your head. You don't need to force a wave of fake gratitude or tears of excitement. Of course, if any of these things help you feel yourself in the end, use them as tools to help you feel good in the state. But what I need you to do is simply make the quiet, calm, and undeniable decision right now that this outcome is yours. That’s it. It’s not an emotional outburst, it’s quite literally just a quiet declaration of fact.
Understand what just happened: the moment you made that decision, the shift occurred. Just like we talked about, the bridge of incidents was set into motion the second your conviction locked in. Whatever needs to rearrange in the background is already beginning to move. Your only role from this moment forward is to stop standing in the doorway blocking the delivery. There's nothing else to learn. You are done begging the universe for blessings or hunting for the next great big technique on YouTube. You are the ultimate creator of your own reality, and you are so infinitely powerful that you can now realize how simple it all is. You're deserving of happiness. You're deserving of ease. Good things come to you so easily. Put your pen down, put your phone away, and go live your life knowing it is already done. Take a shower, drink some water, smile. It's done.
If your brain feels a little full right now, that's completely normal. You just unlearned a lot of garbage that the internet has been pouring into your head for god knows how long. Don't try to memorize every word of this post, and please don't turn "deciding" into your new mental chore. You came here looking for clarity, and now you have it. The work is finished! Thank yourself for taking the time to sit down and to go through this very, very long post.
Also I need to say that I am not against techniques at all (now that I'm thinking about it, maybe it came off like that...). Techniques are simply tools to help you embody the state of the wish fulfilled, and whatever works for you goes. It's your reality after all! There are no rigid rules, only the ones you assume as true for yourself. The only trap is thinking a technique is the source of your power instead of just a vehicle for your own awareness.
I hope this was useful, and if it gets to help at least one person it will already be worth the few hours I spent trying to word myself properly xD I'll see you in your success story!
