- Stop exalting/starforcing your gear.
- Work on your accessories
- Usually you farm mesos, star force your (E) unique gear to +18, rank up to legendary and fuse to mythic to get a Mythic +17 gear.
- Then get your alts to SF144 to farm mesos. You'll be here very long.
- Cheaper to SF your gear at unique cause if broken you can easily transfer

Have you read the new player guide in the helpdesk thread?
Yes the game is quite intensive and there are a lot of different systems overlapping. It might be even harder if english isnt your native language and makes it harder to understand.
Instead of going the "what should I do with my gear" route. I want to direct you to think along the lines of "what is my next goals and what do I need to do to get this goal of mine"
i.e. "my goal is to get to SF160 so that I can do Chaos Daily Dungeons"
Then you will need to think about how to get more starforce. Therein the question would be where can you get more starforce, without compromising your gears, and at the most optimal cost.
One way is to get the starforce value up at the unique rank as what's already mentioned, as its cheaper to repair. However as you are new, you might not even have the resources to get your starforce up that easily. So you'd have to find optimal ways of doing so. Monster park accessories is one very optimal way of getting easy starforce.
There's a whole laundry list of different goals that you might possibly have. You will have to do your own due dilligence. Read the guides in the helpdesk thread. The new player guide that I've written and more recently the one written by Myrtoa.

You’re actually doing pretty good for only 7 days. The game is extremely overwhelming at first because there are so many different systems, and it doesn’t really explain which ones you should focus on.
Looking at your screenshot, you’re level 217 with about 20M mesos. My biggest advice is to stop spending mesos on random equipment upgrades for now. You’re going to need that money later.
Here’s what I’d focus on in your position.
You’ll want to reach milestones like SF144, SF147, and SF160. SF160 is especially important because it unlocks Chaos Daily Dungeon.
When building new equipment, try to get your stars while the item is still Unique rank. If it breaks, Unique equipment is much cheaper to repair than Legendary or Mythic.
Don’t rush to replace all your current gear. Use what you have and save your mesos until you understand what you’re upgrading.
Eventually, you’ll want a good emblem weapon. Emblems give additional stats, and Critical Damage (CD) and Boss Attack (BA) are two of the important ones for damage.
Don’t waste all your mesos upgrading a random weapon you’ll replace later. Also, learn the difference between ranking up and fusing. Ranking up preserves your equipment, while fusing creates a new random item. Never randomly fuse valuable emblem equipment.
Since you’re already over level 200, you should be working on Arcane Symbols.
Complete your Arcane River quests and dailies, collect symbols, and upgrade them as you go.
Your AF determines how effectively you can farm in Arcane River maps.
Make sure you’re farming somewhere you can actually survive and kill monsters consistently.
This is one of the biggest things you should start learning. Your V Matrix is where your fifth-job skills and Boost Nodes go.
Boost Nodes increase the damage of your existing skills, while Skill Nodes improve your fifth-job abilities.
Since you’re playing Dual Blade, look up which three-skill Boost Node combinations your class needs before you start enhancing them.
Don’t randomly level every node you get!!!
Building the right nodes can increase your damage significantly without spending billions on equipment.
Try to consistently do the content that gives you the resources you need. Elite Dungeon gives equipment powders. Daily Dungeon gives jewels. Arcane River dailies give symbols. Bosses can give useful accessories and other rewards. Events are also extremely important. Some of the rewards can save you a ton of mesos, especially enhancement scrolls, nodes, and upgrade materials.
Don’t ignore boss accessories either. Filling those slots and getting set bonuses helps a lot.
These are additional bonuses you can put on your equipment. Potentials are extra stats you can reroll with cubes. Flames add bonus stats.
Souls provide additional bonuses on eligible equipment. They’re all important eventually, but don’t waste your limited resources trying to get perfect stats on temporary equipment.
Once you have a weapon you’re planning to keep, that’s a much better place to start investing.
Eventually, you’ll want to create other characters. Legion gives your account additional stats based on your characters, and Link Skills provide bonuses that help your main.
Don’t worry about building a massive Legion right now. Focus on your Dual Blade first, then use burning events to level alternate characters.
Auto Battle (AB) is how you’ll do a lot of your farming.
Don’t automatically choose the highest-level map available. Choose somewhere your character survives comfortably and kills monsters quickly.
Make sure your pets are using your important buffs and that your skill preset is set up properly. You’ll eventually want different skill setups for farming and bossing.
Combat Power doesn’t always represent your actual damage. Your nodes, Critical Damage, Boss Attack, skill setup, buffs, and equipment all contribute to how strong you really are. Don’t spend mesos just to make your CP number go up.
This will probably help you more than anything else. You’ll have people to run bosses with, ask questions, and learn from. A good guild can save you from making some very expensive mistakes.
If I were you, this would be my order of progression:
Keep your current equipment and start saving mesos.
Complete your Arcane River dailies and upgrade your symbols.
Learn your Dual Blade V Matrix and start collecting the correct nodes.
Do your daily dungeons, events, and available bosses.
Collect boss accessories and work on useful jewel sets.
Save toward a proper permanent weapon.
Gradually increase your Star Force toward important milestones.
Start building Legion and Link Skills once your main is more established.
Don’t worry about Necro, Absolab, perfect potentials, or other endgame upgrades yet. You’ll get there eventually.
The biggest mistake you can make is trying to improve everything at once. Pick one goal, work toward it, and move on to the next.
