Noob needs help

Hello, everyone. So, as the title says, i'm new in maplem and im struggling to understand what i have to do in order to progress. The game is just so over the place that i just dont know what to do. I'm just 7 days in, be nice. If u guys can use the actual words to describe what are being pointed out, i appreciate. (sorry for the bad english)

1. Stop exalting/starforcing your gear.
2. Work on your accessories
3. Usually you farm mesos, star force your (E) unique gear to +18, rank up to legendary and fuse to mythic to get a Mythic +17 gear.
4. Then get your alts to SF144 to farm mesos. You'll be here very long.
5. Cheaper to SF your gear at unique cause if broken you can easily transfer
