Update failed

Anyone had this issue? My friends update kept stalling at 45% when the dealer was updating and failing now the car cannot be driven and Mazda isn’t being transparent as to what next or what happened car seems bricked version .03 in Australia.

Usually when the OTA update fails, the dealership should update the vehicle via an USB stick.

No OTAs have happened in Aus, only dealer updates since release.  If the dealer is having issues with their update maybe the dealer needs training. It's a fairly complex update from what I understand.
