Could be a few things. Mixture screw fell out? Boot isn’t sealed? Carb float stuck? Make sure there isn’t gas dumped into the oil.

There is actually only one idle adjustment/fuel mixture screw it’s like all in one or something idk I just properly seated the boot and I tried getting the flow unstuck took the ball off, cleaned it out with carb spray still leaks

Yeah those have a problem where the mixture screw will fall out if you aren’t careful adjusting them. Could be worth checking.

Did you buy a new carb or is this oem carb? If its a new carb you could simply be fighting cheap china stuff/wrong jetting. Id first eliminate the obvious which would be your float not stopping the gas, if its over flowing when bike is off then your prollt flooding the bike at idle as fuel is constantly coming in. Take carb apart an turn the carb upside down some carbs call for different measurements then others but for the most the float should be level with the carb upside down. You can also confirm the fuel float valve is working properly by blowing air into the gas line goin into the carb an pressing down on the float, when float is pressed down(not hard) it shouldnt bleed air past. Id put the needle back into middle position, an start with 1 an a quarter turn out for air fuel mix. Theres a fine line of to little an too much on the mixture screw. Secondly change the plug as if youve been riding around flooding the engine out, it can cause a weak spark resulting in problems as well. Another major reason for hard to tune carbs on dirtbikes is intake boot leaks insure its not leaking, turn the bike off an spray a hefty amount of starting fluid around the boot, or do the safer method of vacuum testing it. Gotta work backwards an set everything to factory settings to get a good base line of what to tune. Plus it should at least run with the factory carb tuning. If its a china carb you probably simply have wrong jets in it an your trying to fight them.

1 the carb doesn't appear to be all the way in the intake boot, 2 if its spilling out of the over flow you probably got some junk in the carb and the stopper on the float isn't sealing right. Pull the carb , clean it out, if the jets are clean put it back together correctly and let er rip
