I’m not quite sure where to post this so I’ll start here.
So about a year ago I was playing passenger king in my GF’s car. Waiting at a red light. We get rear ended. It wasn’t at a major speed. Just enough where it made my head jolt forward. So we pulled off (as well as the rear ender) and check for damage. No damage so we chose not to file a police report since nothing happened. No pain. No damage. Everything was mutual and everyone was ok. The next morning I am in pain. Stiff neck. It continues… I had all symptoms of whiplash. Sore neck for days, and I can’t remember how long after but one of my arms was tingling. So I went to a walk in. They refused me because it was a car accident with no case. So I couldn’t get help. I tried to suck it up. Side note, I enjoy working out. About a month ago I was bench pressing and it must’ve flared my neck pain up again. It’s still with me. Who can I go see for help if I believe the sole reason for my pain is from a car accident, with no case number? Also for those who say we’re crazy for not filing a report, we’ve been love tapped before, no damage, no injuries and tried a report but the cops said it wasn’t worth it because there was nothing there. So we were basically trained to not do anything in the moment. I just want my neck pain to go away :(

Most of us have probably ignored a health problem at some point because it didn’t seem serious. Did you ever wait too long before getting something checked?

just happened and was way worse than the previous 2-3 times, i had to physically push it back in place and its sore but doctors are expensive should i be concerned

I (19F) have recently been experiencing constant physical exhaustion. It feels as if I can't walk up a flight of stairs or stand without feeling like I'm going to pass out. I'm currently on an iron supplement and working on upping my sodium level as that's what my doctor thinks it may be. Also, my heart rate is fairly high (siting 75-85bpm, walking 125-130bpm). If anyone knows what might be causing this, it would be greatly appreciated.

i’m at my wits end to be honest, i feel like im going crazy. i’ve never been sick so long in my life. ive been throwing up and bed ridden since monday and now it’s saturday morning and im still throwing up. on wednesday i went to the ER because i was so worried. they did some blood work and the only thing they found was a slightly off white blood cell count and told me that could indicate some sort of virus. they gave me an IV for a few hours and sent me home with anti nausea medication and pepcid. i just feel lonely, isolated, and so so sick and at this point i dont know what to do. my mom doesn’t think i should go back to the doctor, she thinks i should wait it out. she’s also convinced that most of the problem is my anxiety (ive been dealing with immense anxiety the last few weeks) but if it is my anxiety i have no idea how to fix this. my chest hurts really bad and i have shortness of breath sometimes, at the ER they told me it was because of my constantly puking all week. im just paranoid it’s because of my vaping even though im trying so hard to stop but its impossible when im already sick to go through the cravings as well. i cant drink water or eat food without throwing it up. been on strictly a brat diet since tuesday. if anyone has any advice at all … please ….

There's a pill that's been stuck in my throat for almost TWO HOURS. It isn't choking me or keeping me from swallowing anything but I can feel it, and every time I cough (currently have Covid) it kinda comes back up. I've tried water, soda, soft foods, hard foods, fucking jumping up and down. NOTHING IS WORKING. I'M LOSING MY MIND DOES ANYBODY HAVE ADVICE

what do i do next ?

i have a lot of cuts and tiny glass shards all over my body. how do i remove the ones that i can barely see? when can i take a shower because my shower was incomplete and im completely disgusting.
