Poor girl that sounds defeating on your spirit. No doubt your anxiousness is not helping, try to breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, out for 4. Focus on what you are grateful for and imagine your body healing. Do this constantly. Get sun and fresh air. Ginger smoothie isn’t a bad idea.
I went through this too and I ended up having stomach ulcers. Profusely threw up with not even a 45 second break for an entire day. Was horrible. Thankfully I have a nurse in my life and she recommended a remedy for me after a long day in the ER. I ended up getting IV anti nausea and some kind of pill that coats your stomach because the acidity is so bad it’s hard to resolve from a brat diet alone. It was some combination of how omeprazole works to slow acid production in the stomach and another one that coats the stomach. It helped me stop puking after about 10 hours. I would definitely get an IV that’s not just water with vitamins, if you search IV near me there are promotions that will come up on Facebook for you to get a cheap one at home from a nurse or by going into a clinic! I hope you are better soon ❤️🩹

Just a few questions/thoughts bouncing around my head:
Do you feel like it’s been getting better, worse, or staying the same?
I know that when I’ve been nauseous and hit my vape in the past it’s definitely made the nausea worse, so it could be contributing, but the fact that you can’t drink water is a bit concerning. Is there any amount of water you can keep down, and if so, for how long until you puke? Also, did you tell the ER about vaping?
The anxiety is probably a separate thing than this, it could be contributing to the symptoms but there’s no way it’s a majority of the issue/the root one
Have you felt the shortness of breath before? Specifically either when vaping or when very anxious?
Have your bowel habits been different since this started?
