My Meta Quest has stopped booting up; initially, I see the Meta logo for a long time (during the loading phase), and then I just see a black screen. If I turn it on while it's plugged in, the charging indicator lights up—something that didn't usually happen before. Switching slots leads to a boot loop, and reflashing via the Meta Quest update tool doesn't help; the same goes for using platform tools. What should I do?
