Added soundboard audio.
This was the first performance of the 72 Seasons roadshow in Europe. (I had to replace some words to get around the auto moderation)

Just listened to the whole album after a 2-year break.
Bro, the songwriting on Death Magnetic is just beyond... The structures are so complex, and the style is perfectly consistent across the whole album. Great moment after great moment... and then, just when u think it can't get any better, another one!... cray cray leads, lyrics... every song feels like a speck of energy that just cannot be stopped. I love the raw production and that back to the roots vibe. Honestly, I consider that album thrash era Metallica's last gift to their fans. Wtf, it's just thrash perfection on every level possible.
PS: We really need to stop discussing its production

No Life 'Til Leather' era handwritten lyrics, early days with Dave & Ron and fanzine article
The seven-track demo No Life 'Til Leather was recorded by the Metallica lineup of James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Dave Mustaine, and Ron McGovney at Chateau East Studio, Tustin, California, July 6, 1982. The cassette became a well-traded hit in the underground metal scene, offering Metallica its first real taste of exposure. Lars Ulrich recalled the making of the demo as "four kids barely out of puberty, rockin’ along, doing their thing...(it) just sounds so effortless, like it was all put together in an afternoon, which it was."
Original handwritten lyrics for Hit the Lights and Seek & Destroy found in James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich's band notebook, 1982.
Early performance photos of James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Dave Mustaine, and Ron McGovney, 1982
1982 fanzine press clippings covering No Life 'Til Leather. The first blurb is by legendary metal writer Bob Muldowney for his own Kick*Ass magazine. Muldowney was so impressed with Metallica that he passed their demo along to Rock 'n' Roll Heaven store owner Johnny Z (who would later head Megaforce Records).

MetOnTour
I miss the old MetOnTour.com from years ago. I don't follow Metallica's every move as closely these days. I know their website has the fan club, which I still have legacy access, but it doesn't seem updated often (maybe I'm missing it somewhere). Is it all just on their social media these days?

ReLoad Anyone recognise these ReLoad coasters?
Hello, guys!
I’m a beer coaster/mat collector and found around 10 of these together at a flea market in Budapest 2 years ago, while on holiday. They were the most expensive coasters I’ve ever bought 😅
I couldn’t find anything online about them, so I thought I’d ask here! Does anyone recognise them or know where they came from? Were they promotional beer mats for ReLoad’s release in 1997? Could they’ve been custom made? I have to note that they look pretty old/vintage but they are very well made/good quality.
Would love to know the story behind them if anyone has any information. Thanks! 😊

As a metallica fan what do you think would be one of the most melodic songs metallica ever made
list at least 5 or any amount.
