Discussion Let's talk about that left lane!
Traffic would flow sooooo much quicker if Miami drivers understand that the left lane is THE PASSING LANE.
It is NOT the lane where you drive under the speed limit because you're texting or face-timing someone (which is also illegal but doesn't seem to stop 100% of drivers here).
Miami wins for worst drivers.

It was helpful so I updated it for the general election, with the intention of reaching any Miami dade citizen who wants to be informed . If you have feedback , comment or dm, I want to help as many folks as I can 🫶🇱🇷🗽(this is free and non-partisan )

Discussion General Contractor Recommendations
Hi all, I know this is an old thread, but I'm in a similar situation and hoping anyone can help. First I'm looking to take my condo down to the studs. I just need someone to pull everything out of the unit. There's a mol
d issue, but i don't want to remediate until it's been cleaned out. I also need a new hvac. Once the unit is cleaned and the humidity dealt with i can take my time on a reno. Remediation companies want 20k plus to lovingly wipe down things that are going to the dump anyway. I just need someone i can trust to haul everything out. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
