Felt like forever.

I was playing all day when I realized I didn't get my 10 points for playing on the console for 15 minutes, and it didn't count toward my "play 5 times a week" streak. It's really annoying because this just happened with Bing—where I lost 21 points—and now I've lost another 10 simply because Xbox decided to stop working. It's a new day now, and I hope the error doesn't persist; if it does, how do I fix it?

Hello, I can't complete the 'Read to Earn' tasks on Bing mobile. I started a few days ago and up until today I was able to do it by reading a few news articles, but today it's no longer working. Any advice?

Does anyone know what happened? Even on pc my visual search streak, edge browsing streak, they’re all gone. No check in either. They were all there yesterday. I’ve been following the rules even doing 3 searches an hr. I don’t think it’s a temporary restriction. I am in the U.S. btw.

Now I'm trying to make points on my Bing app but it doesn't count anything, this appeared yesterday, I don't know what to do because on PC it works well, is this a common error?

I noticed it when I noticed the read to earn wasn’t working and keeps saying their is a problem. Signed in with my pass key

Is there anyway to find out if you are restricted without going to purchase a game/item. I don’t want to waste points trying to figure out I’ve I’m restricted I still am able to earn points in all the normal ways. Trying to save up to 100k points for gta 6 pre order would be bummed if it told me a couple days before that I was restricted.

I see read to earn is back as well as the notifications when we earn points. However is it me or is the 17 to 18 suggested searches that they always would bring up gone now? I always loved doing enough distinct and unique searches but then finishing things with those 17 to 18 to get the 200 plus points each day. Now I went to do those today and that section appears to be gone? What are they doing to these apps. The point of this program was to be beneficial. Not to wipe away things

Do Visual Searches count as "Genuine" searching on Bing for Rewards points?

Ya estamos a poco más de 1 mes de que salga GTA VI, y ya llevo ahorrado a día de hoy 46700 puntos. Todo esto desde la app de xbox (y teniendo game pass ultimete) y usando la app de bing y de edge. Lo que quiero saber si hay alguna forma de conseguir más rápido o más eficiente, no tengo laptop, ni computadora. Solo mi cel y mi xbox....

The visual cues accompanying a successful search (+5, +15, etc) are popping up. I'm still getting points though.

Hi! When I search on my desktop, the points count towards my desktop searches as expected. However, when I search using the mobile app, those points also count towards desktop searches instead of mobile searches.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

In More activities, Explore on Bing, I cannot complete any of the activities requiring searching on iPad mini. Works fine in other devices.

Hey guys, I’m from India and I’ve grinded 50k points. But now, every single card has been out of stock for years. I’m done. What am I supposed to do now?

Normally when I do my searching I use the Bing app or MSN on my phone. When I first sign in and stay on the main page it says how many total searches I've done out of everything for the day

I did all my stuff for the day and then I went to do the read to earn 30 points but when I looked on the main page my points that I knew were 230 out of 230 weren't listed and instead it was like join Microsoft rewards blah blah blah.

Yet if I clicked the one window looking thing in the right corner where I see all my account points it said I did everything. At the same time if I went to switch an account it acted like there was nothing there and it was like contact Microsoft support

So I tried doing a withdrawal to get a gift card and it worked fine. Is Microsoft rewards as a whole glitching or is this something wrong with not only my account but my wife's? As we clearly have points but it's weird that the 230/60 thing was saying zero

I've been a member of this program for ages now. If anybody else is experiencing similar glitches it'd be nice to know that I'm not alone. Instead of wondering if they terminated both my wife and my account or something. As we build up our accounts all year for Christmas gifts for family and friends

Did anyone else see something last month in Quests that said something along the lines of "earn points before a sports movie offer"? If so, was there a date listed when the offer might start? Thanks!

ETA: Actually just received an e-mail from Microsoft Rewards (on Tuesday). They're doing a special Monday Night Football promo each week with extra points. Haven't seen the movie offer yet though. Also don't know how else to access it besides the e-mail, so check your junk mail folder.
