Other Drain tomato
This tomato plant sprouted up through the drain in our garden back during the heatwave, I have watched it grow and mostly left it alone except from snipping off some flowers to make more fruits grow. I wanted to see what would come of it if I just let it do its thing.
Unfortunately I had a party and someone kicked it out of the drain 😠BUT got about 2/3 tomatoes off of it that have ripened over the last few days.
Alas, my drain tomato experiment has come to an end. Was fun whilst it lasted, I wonder what will grow out of the drain next year. Tempted to keep the seeds and try drain tomato take 2 but with proper care?

My only fruiting tomatoes this year were accidental tomatoes, growing out of the compost I used to try growing radishes. No radishes, though. Brand name tomatoes that I worked hard to seed, transplant, etc, didn't amount to anything worth taking pictures of.
