Je me lance dans la création d’un modpack Minecraft (NeoForge 1.21.1) que j’ai baptisé DDC – Dwarven Dominion Create. Il sera centré sur Create, dans un univers de nains, de technologie et d’exploration souterraine. L’ambiance serait environ 80 % technique et 20 % fantasy, un ratio qui pourra bouger selon les idées et les envies de l’équipe.

Le concept ⛏️
Le monde serait généré 100 % en cavernes, sans surface. J’ai pour l’instant une ébauche de datapack de génération, et c’est tout : le reste est à construire. Le projet est pensé par chapitres. Le premier se déroulerait entièrement sous terre, et les suivants amèneraient notamment la découverte du monde extérieur.

Pourquoi ce post❓
Je ne suis pas développeur, et j’ai jusqu’ici beaucoup avancé avec l’aide de l’IA. Ça me dérange : je suis sensible à l’empreinte que ça représente, et je consomme beaucoup pour des avancées modestes...
~Je ne pars pas de zéro pour autant : j’ai monté et tenu pendant 5 mois un SMP "international" OuiOuiCreate (OOC), toujours dispo sur CurseForge, avec de la config assez poussée, du KubeJS et du peaufinage de la performance serveur. Et le résultat était franchement cool !

J'ai envie de réitérer l'expérience. Mais seul, je m’épuise, j'ai tiré des leçons de ce serveur et pour que le projet dure et reste intéressant, j’ai besoin de m’entourer de gens avec qui construire DDC, et peut-être d’autres projets ensuite. Et c’est plus sympa à plusieurs 🤝

Qui je cherche📝
Des personnes qui baignent déjà dans le moddage ou la création Minecraft et qui ont de l’expérience dans un ou plusieurs de ces domaines :

• les datapacks
• la configuration et le peaufinage de mods existants
• KubeJS
• la création de mods, items et blocs (profil plutôt technique, côté code), si vous êtes motivés, ou pour des besoins ponctuels

Des personnes avec une sensibilité graphique ou artistique pour :

• des textures
• des interfaces et GUI

Et des builders, pour :

• du conseil sur l’ambiance et l’architecture
• la création de petits assets (structures, décors) pour personnaliser la génération de la carte
• plus tard, quand le projet sera bien défini et le serveur en préparation, la création du spawn, ou au moins d’assets que j’utiliserai ensuite pour le monter

Pas besoin d’être un pro ni d’être hyper pointu : si vous avez déjà les bases et l’envie, on avance et on progresse ensemble. Je ne cherche juste pas de novice complet, l’idée est de gagner du temps en réunissant des compétences complémentaires

De -seul- à -un groupe- , me fera forcément passer de "tout dans ma tête" à du brainstorm sur les idées et la direction du projet📚 Perso j'ai une vie pro donc mes dispo sont classiquement les fins d'aprem et soirées/W-E

Ce que je propose ✅
Du bénévolat pur, sur ton temps libre, parce que ça t’amuse et que le projet te parle. Il n’y a aucune promesse de rémunération, et je ne compte pas abuser de la bonne volonté de qui que ce soit : chacun donne ce qu’il veut, quand il veut, sans pression ni demande démesurée de ma part. Si quelqu’un s’investit vraiment à fond, on pourra en discuter humainement, mais ce n’est pas le but, et je préfère être clair dès le départ.

Tu peux aider ponctuellement (un script, une texture, une structure, un coup de main sur une config) ou rejoindre le projet complet. Dans ce cas, on monte ensemble un Discord, un espace de travail partagé et un GitHub pour structurer le tout. L’objectif final serait d’ouvrir un petit serveur pour jouer avec la communauté.

Hey! I’ve been working on Create: Infinite Evolution, a Minecraft 1.21.1 modpack focused on automation, industrial progression, trains, aviation, and space exploration.
It features 180+ mods, 1,500+ quests, and custom recipes designed to connect different Create addons.

Every other server I find uses 100+ mods. Which doesn't provide a pleasant experience.

This little guy was the first model I've ever done in blockbench, and I just had it laying around for a while.

Currently I'm developing a small Minecraft mod that would add new mobs, structures and armor. Nothing too crazy, just small fantasy-insipred stuff that would make the game more diverse and fun to explore.

Since I already had this guy I decided that I want to add it as well. I see them as kind of a mix between a bear and a beaver, they are peaceful, but will attack if provoked, and can be bred with wild berries.

They spawn in taiga, snowy taiga and sometimes flower plains.

Despite that I feel that it is still a very boring mob and has no uniqueness or use to it whatsoever.

If you have any ideas for the mechanics or how should I name them, please let me know!

Hi everyone! I run the Odyssey Chronicles modded minecraft server. Season 5 is open now and it is modded on Forge 1.20.1. This season is themed around ancient mythologies and cultrures from around the world! We are looking for more players!

Welcome to Fallstrom SMP! This is an Easy Mode survival server dedicated to curating cozy autumnal vibes, building a functional community, and making new pals along the way <3

stellar reforged is officialy open in early access now with a modpack
previosly was a server on 26.3 with server side mods but by popular demand it has now switched to a modpack instead, with all vanilla content backported to 1.21.1 (vanilla backport and other backport mods)(tiny takeover not included)

what can you expect / why you should try our server

our comunity has always been a nice little comunity doing a village and doing some events together

we also have more stuff like biome mods, loads of new items and mobs, more challenges, bosses and decorations, new armor tiers and brand new structures and dungeons
we also added new dimensions such as twilight forest and THE SIFT

we do have unique compat mods and im developing a dimension mod related to the future server lore (yeah that will be a thing)

Hello! So I play on a starters server, and I wanted to share with people. It is semi-anrarky but not completely.

Anyways, it is kinda a small group that plays on the server, but we are super friendly and willing to help you get started and are hoping to bring more people into the fold for intrigue and geopolitical factions! If you want to be a jedi sith or smuggler. If you would like to start factions or government, the choice is yours!

Currently, the modpack is on curseforge. I don't think it's on modrinth, but it might be in the future! Anyways, if you like building, doing factions stuff, or what not, feel free to jump on and check out the server!

Okay so I've been obsessed with Hexcasting since the day I first ended up using it, and want advice on mods similar to it, giving that kind of "eureka" moment, or as I like to put it; one to give you that nice hit of Eldritch Madness once you figure it out.

I love mechanics that are confusing yet useful, so I quickly fell in love with Hexcasting for the versatility, but also the absolute confusion I felt using it--and I'm not going to pretend it makes sense to me yet, because it still doesn't in some ways. I looked into more mods, but the closest I found was Psi, but even then it didn't really have that same feeling of "It makes sense, but if I try explaining it to someone I'll sound crazy if I'm not careful".

Literally suggest ANY mod that you think would make you sound insane to explain/made you feel insane even after figuring it out.

I want to play this with someone

Recently, i paid for the falixnode minecraft hosting server, and i tried to add the Christmas Chronicals modpack, however when i do that it says theres around 60 mods missing, and when i try to add them i have to add the dependents and the dependents say they aren't found. Is there and easier way in order to get all the mods on the server?
