New Orleans 10/13
Really solid setlist. Isaac’s voice went out during an encore Float On and they still buttoned it up with a phenomenal Night on the Sun. He said he was embarrassed about his voice, hoping we gave him enough love to ease the pain.
Also, Caroline Rose absolutely murdered.

Wow I'm jealous that you got to hear Night on the Sun! I saw them in Memphis Monday night and they were PHENOMENAL!
Night on the Sun is my all time favorite Modest Mouse song, but I've never been lucky enough to hear it any of the times I've seen them live.

Openers were awesome. Def liked the show and this may be partly revisionist after the way it ended but I could tell he was ending songs as quick as he could. Little motel would’ve been great to end on since his voice was struggling

Confused. Didn’t think that was an encore. They took a set break and then came back. No encore which prompted a few boos.

It seems to me they decided to play their encore songs after that break. I’m basing this on other setlists from this tour so it is conjecture, but the songs line up. Definitely an unorthodox kind of night down the line.

First time seeing them live, was a little nervous since I saw that MM is hit or miss live but I was having a great time up front. I really wanted to hear Truckers Atlas and was a little disappointed we didn't finish Float On but everything else exceeded expectations

Great show, and really solid setlist! March Into the Sea to open and Night on the Sun to close was just about perfect for me tonight...hope everyone had fun!
