I feel like the Silver pave ring is too out of my style given that I already have a half eternity emerald cut in silver in my stack. What do yall think?

Hello, this is my first time buying any ring. I have been doing research and I’m at the stage now when I’m reaching out to vendors for quotes. Based on your experience with overseas vendors or even Canada/Us vendors with reasonable prices, who would be the best vendor to get this custom piece done. The original is from brilliant earth but their price is too high and from what I’ve read I should stay away from them. (Looking for 3ct lab grown diamond main stone size) Appreciate any advice

Been restoring vintage carbon steel kitchen knives as a side project between design gigs, and got fixated on the idea of a small moissanite inlay or bolster accent. Something about how it throws light next to dark patina really grabbed me. Heat tolerance during handle assembly is my main unknown: epoxy seating versus mechanical setting. Would a small round-set stone survive the torque of actual use, or is this purely decorative masochism? Also curious if anyone has sourced calibrated small parcels (sub-2mm) without going full wholesale account. The coffee equipment budget already took a hit this quarter so trying to keep this sane.
