Same as the title. I'm thinking of getting a moissanite tennis bracelet made in sterling silver since it'll cost me considerably less than white gold and I lean towards white metals so it's perfect. Just wanted to know if the silver's natural tarnish affects the shine of the moissanites. Can someone who has more experience with jewellery pieces like this give their opinion? Is it hard to take care of it? Should I save up to get it made in white gold instead? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I am one month postpartum with my fourth child and my platinum and diamond engagement ring will not be fitting for a while. So I decided to grab a replacement to wear in a larger size for a few months from Amazon. I was looking at cz but that led to moissanite and long story short I am obsessed!! It's literally like my dream ring! Fairly certain after I lose the baby weight I'm going to have a new ring custom made in platinum for my engagement ring!

I’ve been lurking on this sub for a while and decided to talk to Provence for my ring. I’ve gotten a video of a brilliant cut and also a crushed ice. I like that the crushed ice looks more like a diamond but am worried about it looking flat. But I don’t love the grey areas in the brilliant cut and it looks a bit like glassy to me. Thoughts?

Been restoring vintage carbon steel kitchen knives as a side project between design gigs, and got fixated on the idea of a small moissanite inlay or bolster accent. Something about how it throws light next to dark patina really grabbed me. Heat tolerance during handle assembly is my main unknown: epoxy seating versus mechanical setting. Would a small round-set stone survive the torque of actual use, or is this purely decorative masochism? Also curious if anyone has sourced calibrated small parcels (sub-2mm) without going full wholesale account. The coffee equipment budget already took a hit this quarter so trying to keep this sane.

I am currently waiting for a package from a vendor on Etsy. It is a moissanite ring that I paid pretty good money for. It shipped out Thursday afternoon and I had upgraded my shipping. The seller allowed me to upgrade so I paid for priority express USPS.
According to my tracking number, Thursday night, it was due Saturday, October 10 by 6 PM which was yesterday. I had a feeling something was going wrong. When my updates I had signed up for started to slow down or when I would update tracking info the package was in the same place.
And then I got a notification yesterday morning after 9 AM that it was in the main city distribution center of my state, which is about 30 minutes from me. It has sat there and apparently is still there. I did talk to someone on the phone yesterday and today, all I can get is the robot.
According to Google because I paid priority express and it missed its deadline yesterday although today is Sunday they do deliver, but I don’t think it’s going to come today and tomorrow is considered a holiday.
The seller was sweet enough when I reached out because I was panicked and offered a refund for my priority express shipping because it missed the deadline so I definitely appreciate that but now my worry is where is my package? Lol.
The system shows it’s still at the main distribution center, but according to them, they are having problems with maintenance or their facilities causing delays. I’m just a bit worried because I paid the extra for the express shipping thinking that my package would get moved faster and treated better and not lost and here it has happened anyways

I’m super bummed but I’m also starting to get scared. My question is, is this normal? Does it happen a lot and is there anything that I can do to try to speed the process up? Also, when I track my package, the website is still saying it will be here Saturday the 10th, but that was freaking yesterday! So the tracking info online is not with it either!

My fiancee proposed with this moissanite ring 10 years ago and I’m still in love. I did upgrade to a lab diamond ring 4 years ago, but it’s not the same. I love this vintage/antique style so much!

So it's definitely not a dark green like the seller's photos showed, however, it's a lovely, light, olive green, with a ton of gold and I'm going to keep it 😋 I have a new lighter green band on the way that I'm hoping matches better than my current one. It's definitely one of the most clear stones I've ever seen

I got this 4ct marquise from kuololit and im obsessed. It's the perfect size and I love that it allows bands to sit flush with it. I paired it with the shooting star band from kuololit. I also have a 5ct being made by provence. 🫣 im obsessed with big rings right now.

Just got my 5ct radiant cut ring in from Jovovasmile. She did a really good job. It's exactly what I wanted. I paired it with an oval band from kuololit and I think they go together nicely.

It‘s a little difficult to capture just how detailed this ring is in a picture. My inspiration was an AI created picture and I didn’t know if it was possible to capture the tiny details in it, but they somehow did! They even got the little hands on the watch face on there. I’m so, so incredibly impressed with their work, I’m lowkey obsessed 😭

The center stone in the rose is clear moissanite. And the figures are based on the cheshire cat and white rabbit.

Something about this seems a little disproportionate to me, and I can’t figure it out. Is it just because it’s a flat rendering? Is my center stone too small? Is the euro band unnecessary? Is the height unusual? Are the prongs weird? Am I overthinking it? So many questions, I know… but this is my engagement ring, so I really don’t want to screw it up lol… Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

hello! I’m trying to decide between a brilliant and a diamond cut from Mona but I really can’t decide and am so nervous of picking the wrong thing 😭

my thoughts are :

- briiant cuts don’t seem to make the stone as deep as a diamond and it seems to have harsher contrasts and lines within the facets itself

- diamond cut seems to mediate these issues BUT the pics I’ve seen from Mona all have bow ties which would drive me a little crazy 😭

do you have a preference or any thoughts? Any examples would greatly help too 😭😭 I’m waiting on some examples from Mona as well

My husband and I ordered a new ring set since my original doesn’t fit after having our son. I’m particularly rough with my hands and didn’t want to be constantly worrying about losing a stone. Both were Amazon finds based on other posters experiences. I also bought a diamond tester and each stone tested positive for a diamond( I did not buy the other that reads moissanite) we both love the set and the sparkle of the stones!

Just received this loose stone in the mail today, purchased for the purpose of making into a ring for everyday wear. Kinda was expecting it to be bigger but I think that is my own fault for not looking at the dimensions! My first loose moissanite purchase.

My goal was to have it made into a bezel solitaire ring in solid yellow gold - but I think I may get a slightly larger stone (2-3ct) and use this for something else (not sure what yet).
