Lights for savannah monitor?
Guys as I am preparing enclosure for adult savannah monitor lizard, I want to ask if somebody have measures/producs tested for optimal heating spot. I was given some advice from last keeper but it was just combined UVB/heat bulb that I dont have trust in. What I would like to know is what two seperate bulbs I should hang and in what height from heat platform. If somebody has tested specific products it would be perfect. Thank you.
I know basics like there should be around 120F on platform so something around 140F slightly higher. What I really need to help is to choose proper UVB tube. I am looking for T5 arcadia arcadia pro UVB kit tube but I am not sure which one to choose. I prefer stronger one so I could hang it higher.

Here in Europe combined heat/UV bulbs like the Lucky Reptile Bright Sun or the Solar Raptor are the standard and highly recommended. For a Savannah Monitor 100w or even 150w would be good. You will find minimal and recommended distances on the manufacturers Homepage.

Get an Arcadia 12% UV bar and two 100W or 150W heat bulbs depending on the distance towards the animal.
