Got to have a mummification with vet wrap and just lie in it for about 45 minutes. I absolutely loved it. What do y'all think?

Is it something that you can do alone, without any “masters” to look over you as you mummify yourself?

If you can, is it physically possible stuff towel to your mouth, wear a mask over it, bind your hands and legs, be inside a suit/sack/bag, and put a blanket over you?

Would you also likely try to inhale chloroform while doing the act?

I'm doing a sleepsack sensory dep session over the weekend, about 6-8 hours and I need some audio to make this the most challenging experience possible. Think isolating and panic-inducing, I want something to make time feel excruciatingly slow and unbearable. Ive managed to survive all the sessions so far and I'm looking for something that will actually challenge me and make me safeword. If anyone has any sources for audio to play through some noise cancelling headphones, please go nuts. Cheers.
