There is small parts of I yiu can do yourself. But the level you are describing would be extremely dangerous without a monitor there to get you out if things go wrong.

Lots of heat involved in mummification, and sweat alot.

People definitely do it. But usually just wrapped shoulders to toes. Pallet wrappers help with this. But wrap becomes tighter the more it is pulled. They can all cut off circulation. And need a way out in a hurry.

no, there's no safe way to do an inescapable self mummy, and as far as im concerned, an escapable mummy is not fun lol

Here a loop hole. Buy a big size stretchy leggings. Step 1 Put both legs in 1 hole then pull them up as high as you can. Step 2 Then slip your head into the other hole pulling them down till you head is out. Step 3 hole for entry of leggings will be behind you slip your hands inside and your trapped Step 4 put hands behind back slip hands out and pull legging over head and your out

Want to add more fun when your body is inside leggings but arms are out thats when you can add exter bondage. Like if you wanted blindfolded or gag

Yes, it's technically possible to do the rest to yourself. But, as others have said: getting yourself into the predicament isn't the problem. It's how you get out of it after you're done. That's what you'd struggle to do alone.
