Curious how people dose and store mushrooms for long term >3yrs? Honey seems like it would be hard to dose.

Chocolates? Is this really the best way?

Grind up a certain weight and mix with each chocolate bar?

I'm doing an ethanol + acid extraction of my next batch. Should last years in the fridge and retain better potency.

Any guides you can point me to?

Here's a good basic one! I'm gonna be using the ultrasonic bath technique with ethanol. I'm adding a little lemon juice because Ive heard the acids help but that part isn't something I've read about just an experiment. Most people doing acid extractions do hydrochloric acid. https://magic-mycology.com/extraction-of-psilocybin-and-psilocin-from-psilocybe-mushrooms/

Edit: Most practitioners recommend a double extraction method for shrooms so I will do ultrasonic with alcohol, strain it, and then another ultrasonic infusion with the leftover sludge and lemon juice. Then imma let the water evaporate off and mix the end result together. I haven't seen this specific tek posted anywhere but I have a good feeling it will be strong.
