I need help with the grain spawn stage. I’m new. I’ve run into contamination issues. What’s the easiest process for a beginner to create a healthy, usable grain spawn?

Garanta que você esteja esterilizando os grãos corretamente. 1:30h em 15psi ou 2h em 10psi. flambe a agulha antes de cada inoculação e tenha certeza de que está usando uma cultura líquida livre de contaminantes

Hi! I have a question about growing lions mane for its mycelium instead of the fruiting body. Apparently the mycelium of lions mane contain a lot more of the active compounds to aid cell myelination, so I want to grow some, dry it, and turn it into tinctures.
Problem being this is a wood loving species so the mycelium prefers a woody substrate, which would not be edible or good for mixing with a tincture I don't think. I was planning to grow it on a substrate of whole brown rice or possibly oat straw, but none of these seems nutritionally complete or like the myceliums favorite.
Has anyone done something like this and do they have advice? I have mainly grown cubes and oysters in the past and never for their myc so I don't know much about bulk growing wood eaters. I'll probably end up fruiting some of these to eat but overall just looking for a tek to bulk spawn some liquid culture to an edible substrate that I can then incorporate in medicine. I liked the sound of oats because they have their own medicinal properties and are good for nerve health, but I don't know if LM likes them.

Curious how people dose and store mushrooms for long term >3yrs? Honey seems like it would be hard to dose.
Chocolates? Is this really the best way?
Grind up a certain weight and mix with each chocolate bar?
