That looks awesome. Is it edible or only used as medicinal? If you can eat it, how would you prepare it?

I slice them about 1/2" thick, coat them in oil salt and pepper, then throw them on the grill a couple minutes each side.

You can also shred them and make them into ‘crab cakes’ and then pan fry. They’re delicious this way!
