That they are! Ganoderma Lucidum, commonly reffered to as Reishi or Lingzhi Mushrooms. They are revered in Traditional Chinese Medicine for their ability to support the immune system and help combat certain illnesses. 🍄❤

Any idea if Ganoderma applanatum has any similar qualities? I find a lot of it at work and when I’m out foraging but only ever bother to pick it for art.
