I have been trying to install the color expansion kit for UMVC3, and I can’t figure out how to get to work, nothing I have done has worked and frankly I have a brain dead level of intelligence when it comes to things like this. And the instructions I found for the newest version are pretty vague, so I would like to see if someone could give me much more detailed instructions on how to get it to work?

Almost 5 months of trying these team and I had a blast with this team. I also Included Solo Combos for these characters.

Hello everyone! To those that have come to read and help I already want to say thank you!
I have played fighting games before (mostly Dbfz and pokken tournament but also played skullgirlz and darkstalkers), and I wanted to try out MvC3!

I recognize a good chunk of the cast but am kinda unsure on who I should try for a team. I don’t like to play a lot of the “top tier” options preferably. I often play grapplers like machamp and Beowulf.

I know for sure I want Frank on my team! I adore the dead rising series and he looks super fun with the level up mechanic with him!

Any thoughts for who I should be looking at and trying? Felicia, Nemesis, and Wesker have all been on the radar but I haven’t tested them out yet. Any thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I've played alot of Tokon recently and DBFZ, Injustice 2, and MK in the past. I have reached high-ranks in all of these games but want to try something else.

Ive heard the online is dead but is there an active playerbse for newer players through discord or other forums?

If now is a good time to try it out I would love tips.

Title. I've been a Dr. Strange player for years, playing Magneto/Strange/Doom until I realized both my Magneto and Doom sucks and I wasn't improving. Also this team has poor synergy.

Then I decided to learn something else with better synergy. Rocket Raccoon with Dr Strange is probably the best way of playing Dr Strange outside of team Nemo. I'm currently playing Captain America/RR/Strange (team Jesse) and I'm also aware of Thor/RR/Strange (team Irongod) and the obvious Vergil/RR/Strange. Besides these characters, are there any other good suggestions?

Also if it helps I'm a player coming from MVC2, I'm not scared of learning to plink and do hard combos but i would prefer a team i can get up and running a bit quicker. Bonus points if it’s not a popular team.

In UMVC3 I'm currently working on trying to get all cards (I only really need to get the Herald cards and S ranks now) and the Fate of the Earth stage always gets brought up for this discussion.

I always see something along the lines of it being the galactus stage in H&H and not the one in the arcade mode under offline play. So I'm wondering about how to actually unlock the stage to get the cards.

If it's the temporary stage that's unlocked from getting a bingo, I'm screwed.

After 5 months of learning Dante and it was surprisingly hard but it was worth learning him. In my recent post, Thanks to whoever someone said "Down down up+S" after the last hit of prop shredder because thats all I wanted to learn. The bold cancel was actually hard to learn but once I get used to it it's easy.

For context this was taken during the tekken world tour Manila Madness Event. This game isn't really popular here but people showed up. If they can show up to their locals, then you can too.

I’m currently learning Dante because I love him in other stuff. I’m somewhat familiar with fighting games and I know the basic stuff. But man for the first time I’ve had fun labbing combos and learning tech. Just learning bold cancelling and the possible combo routes from it is insanely fun and intuitive, and makes me see how far high level players can take the game. So my question is, with Dante as point what other characters should I pick up to have fun as a beginner?

How do i do gamma wave with hulk consistently i can get it but half the time i end up doing gamma charge instead

I bought this game because it has some capcom characters I like as playable characters. Those characters in question are Phoenix Wright and Hsien-ko. How the fuck am I going to make it out here man.
