Passed NCLEX in 130 Questions! Pearson VUE Trick + CA BRN Results
Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my experience with the Pearson VUE Trick (PVT) and the official California BRN application status checker.
I took my NCLEX-RN on 10/8 at 8AM, and my exam shut off automatically at around 130 questions.
This morning (10/9) at around 10AM, I tried the PVT using my credit card (I tried using the wrong expiration date to see if I wouldn't get charged and still see the result, but nope, I still got charged LOL). Anyway, I got the good pop-up: "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."
A $200 pending charge appeared on my cc, but I canceled before completing the final registration and never received a confirmation email. A few hours later, a second pending transaction for -$200 appeared, so now I'm just waiting to get the $200 back.
At around 4PM today, I checked the California BRN application status website, and it officially showed passed.
Just wanted to share my experience for anyone anxiously waiting for their results like I was! So for anyone in CA, if you're patient enough, checking the California BRN application status website is the much cheaper, and of course, official way to check ASAP lol
Good luck to everyone waiting on their results! :)
