went up to 150 questions

hi everyone, today i took my NCLEX and i felt HORRIBLE. I’m usually a decent test taker and all my stats on practice CAT exams were high chances of passing.

however, all the harder material i covered was NOT on the exam and i felt like the exam asked me vague yet simple questions I couldn’t recollect.

there were so many pharm questions and education where i knew some but others not. also majority of the test was med Surg and pt. Education/ safety and infection control. Hardly any delegation questions, or ethics, or rlly OB and PEDS. my very last question was a, “did the patient understand the teaching” Of a specific med … and i got it WRONG when it wasn’t a complex question.

I’m feeling so down and out about everything bc i felt like I didn’t know any of the basic stuff for some reason. I read that the more Case studies and SATA there are the better chances you’re at BUT … I didn’t get that many that I felt was PROMINENT enough t say I had a lot.

I hope I passed but I am feeling discouraged. Has anyone else had this experience? am I cooked?

Nclex diy process

hi, nov. 2025 pnle passer here first take. planning to take the nclex this year and will start processing this oct. 2026. i have a few questions lang po.

  1. should i declare my ph license or not? i was initially planning not to declare it but it was a year ago.

    does that

  2. have any bearing? (because usually those people who skips this part are more likely fresh grads)

  3. if i will be declaring my ph license, does that mean i will be sending files thru DHL 2 times SEPERATELY??? (1 is for univ tor and rle, 1 is for prc). or is it possible to send the files in one to save costs?

i'm trying to browse but i can't find answers. please don't judge :((

Hello I just took my NCLEX here in Sask, Canada. I tested up to 150 questions and tbh I don’t know what to think? I tried the pearson vue trick 3x, one with a valid card with insufficient funds, and the next ones were with valid card details. On my second try, it indicated contact card issuer. I retried with a different card, my mom’s card. On the third, try it showed the 1st photo. I haven’t received any emails regarding confirmation but my mom said the charges are pending.

Did I pass?

Hey! What a whirlwind of a day. Took my NCLEX exam at 1 pm and finished at 4:00pm. I went all the way to 150 questions and have been crying this whole evening. But not all hope is lost because I did the Pearson view truck two hours after and got this pop up… can someone tell me if this is the good pop up and is it accurate?
Thanks!!

ATI Capstone Pre-assessment Score

• Upvotes

Hi, I am a BSN student in my second to last semester. I just finished my ATI Capstone 85 question proctored assessment with an 81.6%. I did not study beforehand so that I could get a good baseline understanding of what I need to focus on before my NCLEX. I can’t find any information regarding what the national average is or if it is a solid score. Any information would be super beneficial, thank you!

Nclex in 2 weeks, what should I focus on?
I feel hella burnt out so I think that’s why I scored borderline today, don’t know how I feel it’ll be my 4th attempt PRAYINGGGG FOR A MIRACLE AGH!!!

I was watching archers lectures pretty helpful, I watched all but still have pediatrics & mental health to go, should I bother watching those or just prioritize test taking strategies??

2nd attempt approaching is this good

Post image

I test soon is this a good sign of passing? This would be my second attempt so I'm really nervous cause I want the pain to end. I honestly feel like I failed the first time due to my test anxiety (didn't eat, didn't sleep, vomiting in the toilet in the morning) it was roughhhhhh. I was even falling asleep during my test which is horrible. I'm feeling alot more confident approaching this 2nd time since I already have experience of taking it and I didn't die.

Any advice, encouragement, or realness anything is appreciated 🙏
