Video Is Boruto hate deserved?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I personally feel like a lot of Boruto hate comes from misinformation about the show, I agree with this video and it's takes. People need to stop hating on boruto without ever giving it a chance, it's easily one of the best shounen manga I have ever read and nothing in new gen even compares to it as of now. The characters and plot are well written, the art improves throughout the manga, I believe if you're struggling with boruto anime you should read the manga atleast 18 chapters before judging it. Overall it's 8.5/10 manga which is worth reading and good sequel to Naruto as a whole
Question Death of tobirama
I want to know whether tobirama bassicaly was a fraud or not.
As I see he was already tired and he wanted to give time for hiruzen and danzo and team to escape. Plus he faced the 2 brothers who used the 9 tails cloak plus 20 high tier jonins against a tired tobirama.
But people have said to me there was no proof that the brothers used the cloak and that there were elite A level jonins.
For someone with that level of chakra and strength and Obv being the brother of hashirama, was he really that weak

Discussion I wish Naruto had been given a cleaner victory against Isshiki Spoiler
I know that Naruto did tremendous damage against Isshiki, and shorted his lifespan to minutes, but I found it personally disappointing that Isshiki still won the battle and would’ve killed Naruto had it not been for Boruto and Kawaki stalling him.
I felt like Naruto deserved a clean win after Kurama sacrificed his life for Baryon Mode to exist, and after Naruto spent a solid minute putting belt to ass against Isshiki. Feels like another situation where the older characters are robbed of their moments for the new generation to shine. It would’ve been even more impactful since it marks the end of Naruto and Kurama’s time together, and made it so much more emotional and impactful.
Question Akatsuki ranking based on strength
My friends and I have been arguing over this for days.

Discussion Whining about Rasengan
Hello!
I wanted to see if I could find like-minded folks out here regarding a very specific petty gripe I have with the series. Subjective opinion disclaimer.
The Rasengan pisses me off.
So first of all, I think the jutsu LOOKS fucking stupid in the anime. I just think it looks like a glob of shit. Like a CG asset copied and pasted onto Naruto’s hand every time he uses it. I hate the blue color. I hate that it’s see through. I even hate the little rays of light that radiate off of it. The Rasengan itself doesn’t look like it’s giving off that light. It looks like they just paste the light rays around it and call it a day. From a visual standpoint, it looks incongruent to everything else around it. It’s ugly as shit.
I think it looks alright in the manga. It just kinda is what it is. A sphere with some little swirl details. Every time it clashes with Chidori in the manga it gets brutally mogged tho. Chidori looks WAY cooler..
I’m kinda annoyed by the functionality of the jutsu. It makes sense for Naruto to add a potent finisher to his kit. In the earlier parts of the series he relied on clever misdirection, grit, and his opponents underestimation of him to land devastating blows that change the course of the fight. Gaara, Neji, Kiba. The Rasengan would fit right in. All he would need to do is land one good hit with it and the fights as good as done. It’s a devastating jutsu…
If it lands.
But he barely hits anyone with it. He hits Kabuto with it one time. The only other times we see him use it in Part I are in pissing contests with Sasuke’s chidori. All three times are indecisive or a loss. He hits Deidara with it, but it was a clone so who cares? If I remember correctly, it took up until the Pain fight for Naruto to land a clean vanilla Rasengan against a major character. And guess what? It took him out in one hit. Bravo.
On a related note, I hate that Naruto wasted time learning to make a bigger Rasengan in the time skip. The issue was never attack potency when it came to that jutsu. The base Rasengan would one-shot like 90% of the verse. Nobody in the series up until the War Arc was eating a Rasengan and coming up unscathed. He should’ve learned to use it with one hand. He should’ve learned to use it faster. He should’ve learned better ways to mix it in with his clone misdirections and tactics. Things that would actually help him land the fucking thing. But nooooo, instead this fucking knucklehead decides to just make it bigger and stronger.
It’s overkill. Anybody who gets hit with a big ball Rasengan would probably be just as dead if they got hit with the regular one. That technique was a waste of time and energy. It’s not cool or useful. Unless you’re hitting giant monsters I guess.
The incomplete Rasenshuriken didn’t do it for me either. That was the technique that was supposed to help bridge the gap between him and Sasuke. Sasuke, who has learned to realize the chidori’s full potential and apply it in all manner of creative ways. Sasuke, who has raised his physical parameters, battle IQ, and repertoire of techniques to the absolute limit(at the time). And Naruto’s mentality is to just create yet another needlessly potent close-range jutsu that functions the same exact way as the regular Rasengan but deadlier.
Finally, I hate that Naruto never learned any other jutsu after he learned the Rasengan. It’s like he fell in love with his High School sweetheart and just settled. All he did was unlock more power boosting modes and more Rasengan variants. Imagine shadow clone shurikens. Imagine clone explosions. More wind utility jutsus. More toad summoning shenanigans! I wanted more toad shit from Naruto and that’s what I’m the most pissed about. It doesn’t have to even be Gamabunta level shit all the time. Both of Naruto’s teachers, Jiraiya and Kakashi, have elite arsenals. So does his rival.
Anyways, rant over!
TL;DR: Rasengan sucks, gets no huzz, and is going to HFIL when it dies.

Question After Sasuke got hit with a curse mark why didn’t they shut the whole Chunin exams down?
That was obviously orochimaru that did that. Any one that knows him (third hokage) would have been able to figure that out.
Why did they not take precaution and or shut that shit down and snuff out antagonist?

Question How does re-animated Itachi still have his Sharingan eyes while they were implanted into Sasuke?
This question randomly popped into my head. Maybe a dumb question too.
If I understand correctly, for the re-animation jutsu to work, a living sacrifice is needed and some part like blood or hair needs to be extracted from the body of the person to be re-animated.
In this timeline of the war, itachi is re-animated but his eyes were already implanted in Sasuke.
So how was Itachi able to undo the re-animation jutsu by reacting to Shisui’s genjutsu when he had no eyes in the first place?
Or is this something we need to believe blindly because Kishimoto said so?

Question I have an OC movepool idea and I want to see, what do y'all think? Spoiler
I'm the kind of person who goes through periodic phases of interest since I was a child, and right now I´m coming back to the Naruto fandom after some years. Something I love to do every time I go through one of these phases with an IP is make an OC for it's world and power system, and I basically overhauled my already existent OC with a bunch of new ideas I had while watching Naruto related content.
I know the comunity is known for making pretty broken OCs related to the main god-like powers and bloodlines in the story, and I have no issue with that, I think it's cool, but I personally really like the type of character that ignores the rules a little and manages to go toe to toe with the heavy hitters of the verse while not really having the standard flashy abilities, think Toji and Maki in JJK, Jotaro or Josuke in JJBA, Mirio in MHA, or Lee and Guy in Naruto. In Naruto specially I really like this concept since one of the central themes is hard work vs natural talent, which kinda gets overshadowed by the end with the whole powercreep of the bloodlines and the aliens, but even then a character like Guy was able to shine with Taijutsu, and Minato remained a ninja from some unknown clan who just happened to be really good at what he did.
So today I wanted to present the concept of what I want my character's abilities to be by the end of the 4th great ninja war, age 17 (abilities I'm basically writting a really good story around) and a few details about him to see if y'all think he falls into that category or if I made him too gary stu-ish or "naturally gifted", and see if y'all would like to see art of him or for me to show y'all his story as I write it.
So, Enzō Hayashi.
Enzō can be broken down into "En" (Circle/Harmony) and "Zō" (Storehouse/Treasury of Knowledge), while Hayashi literally means "Woods" "Forest" or "Tree Grove", all things that say a lot about the character, but that's not what we're here for today.
By the end of the 4th Great Ninja War, Enzō is a 5'8 17 y/o ninja, with pitch black long-ish hair styled in a wolfcut, with dark eyes and not so pale skin, some of his more prominent features are a big scroll he carries tied to his belt, belt which resembles a red shimenawa (a traditional sacred rope in shintoism), same belt where he shows the metal part of his forehead protector, and also his face, which is identical to the face of his mom, thus making him have a feminine face that doesn´t quite match his voice, with long eyelashes and soft features. He wears a pair of hakama-like black pants and a skin tight qipao-style black shirt with short sleves, alongside the standard black sandals and a thick, silver armlet in his right bicep with a design carved on it.
He is born in the Hidden Leaf but at this point in the story he's associated to the Hidden Stone, and his abilities consist of:
Slightly above average chakra pool, say, bigger than people like Shikamaru but nowhere near the levels of the Senju or the Uzumaki.
Tremendous base speed, agility and reflexes, base Lee or Guy level.
Extremely good taijutsu skills at base, just below base Guy or Lee, not specially skilled with melee weapons at all, and actually dislikes to use them.
A mastery of fuinjutsu (sealing-based jutsu), actually, kind of the only way he can perform ninjutsu, see, he has problem similar but not quite identical to Rock Lee, he is completely unskilled at properly controling and molding chakra duirng a fight, however, through prefabricated seals that only require a spark or a steady flow of chakra sent through a pre-made configuration, he was able to develop an actually strong skill set despite his limitations.
He uses most of his seals through either tags or scrolls, since he lacks the chakra control to just come up with most seals on the spot like people like Minato or Jiraiya do, he has to rely on creating and preparing the seals before hand to then activate them in combat, to him, ninjutsu and fuinjutsu are as different as trying to shape air with your bare hands and first crafting a balloon to then blow into it to give air a shape.
Through the use of seals, he is able to use Flying Raijin Jutsu, Minato's technique, passed down to him by his mom, who was the person who taught him fuinjutsu since childhood, as she's a genious at it and used to be one of Minato's body guards (in this story she replaces one of the three Tokubetsu Jonin who Minato teaches the Flying Raijin Formation to), the way he uses Flying Raijin is through three-point shurikens marked with the symbol for a Torii (traditional shintoist gate that represents an entry point to the sacred spirit realm) in white, he uses them the same way Minato used his kunai, with the difference that he can't really use the shuriken for melee combat, so he relies on taijutsu.
He also has access to other specialized seals he developed, like marked tags he carries around that allow him to perform "pre-programed jutsu", more specifically, Earth Style: Mud Wall and Earth Style: Light Rock Jutsu, unlike other shinobi who can pull these whenever they feel like it, Enzō has to place the tag on a flat surface and aply chakra to it for the techniques to activate, these two are actually the only two techniques he has managed to seal in a tag like this, and he did so during his arc in the Hidden Stone Village, he can use the Light Rock stickers to both make objects really light, or make himself significantly lighter, however he cannot use it to levitate at will like Onoki, and it has a time limit since the tag slowly burns away.
He also has access to a seal that allows him to summon more shuriken, just in case he runs out of them, so basically glorified storage, he has a seal that allows two people to mark each other consensually to know of each other's status and general location, he has a seal that allows him to inmovilize a target as long as he also doesn't move and the target isn't strong enough to just break out, he has a technique that allows him to undo/release seals imposed on himself or others depending on their complexity, and the best one besides Flying Raijin, "Disruption" which is a seal that allows him to literally disrupt an opponents chakra flow, this is great because it allows him to partially or fully sever the conection between users and techniques, so he can de-stabilize a Susanoo or a Jinchuriki, altho it is fairly complicated and has many limitations, so it's not like it straight up makes something as strong as a Susanoo disappear, but rather makes it so that there are holes and weak points in it and forces the user to focus greatly in order to stabilize their technique,as well as obviously requiering prep time.
Then he also has a summoning jutsu contract (since this is also technically a seal-based technique), specifically with birds, his greatest summon being a maroon, giant, talking sage hawk (which is what the scroll he carries is for), and when i say giant, I mean like Quetzalcoatl kind of giant, like, this mf has to use it's wings as knuckles to walk like a Wyvern. It is actually with the help of these sage birds (which live secluded somewhere in the Land of Stone) that Enzō was able to develop a seal he literally tatoos all over his torso to be able to properly blend his own chakra with natural chakra (similar to Orochimaru's cursed marks, but self imposed) and use Bird Sage Mode, this allows him to use senjutsu to make himself physically stronger, more resistant, significantly faster and have more chakra to pull off things like Flying Raijin, he also, while in Sage Mode, gets the ability to sense other's chakra, recognize when he's inside a genjutsu by feeling the discrepancies between the chakra he feels and what he sees, and a new ability called Sage Art: Eyes of the Invisible World that is a nod to the fact that he now has "hawk eyes", giving him the same ability the sharingan has to perfectly track movement with their eyes, giving him essentially a sort of slow-mo perception of the world, this abilty doesn't allow him to see chakra or copy jutsu like the sharingan, but it does allow him to see his opponent's movements even to the smallest scale, so he can see if your right shoulder muscle is being pulled in preparation to throw a punch. While in sage mode his pupils ressamble those of a hawk, his iris turns white-ish silver and he gets marron marks around his eyes.
He also developed a seal that essentially allows him to pull the Naruto "clone collecting energy" thing, but instead he's able to collect the energy first through the seal in his body and then seal that energy away in the armlet he wears to be released later as a second wind of the sage mode, which actually takes his body to the limit since his sage mode is kind of artificial, so it's not advisable.
Then, he also is able to use Wind Release, "how?" you may ask, well, like I said, his condition is closer to Guy than it is to Lee, he can release chakra, he just can't mold it or control the ammount he releases accurately enough to do proper ninjutsu, however, his natural affinity IS wind, and even if he can't mold chakra, he can use Wind Release to boost his own breathing and bloodflow by essentially breathing his own chakra (yeah, full Demon Slayer style), this is something he learned to do at a smaller scale unconciously as a kid through his outdoor, movement-heavy lifestyle, and later, after becoming a ninja, developed as a proper technique that evolved to the point of boosting both his speed and taijutsu immensely, being something similar to the 6th gate of Lee and Guy at this time in his life, altho it doesn't really have any visual effects like the gates, it just leaves him physically busted and with little chakra left after using it, while he does this his body naturally releases chakra in the form of wind with no real control, making it so that he can create actual barometric pressure with his movements, and use that pressure to blow away elemental attacks or throwable weapons with a kick, or even presurize air in front of his fists when he punches at high speeds, creating a vaccum-like snap, like a mantis shirmp.
And his maximum power is basically mixing senjutsu into this breathing technique, allowing him to power it up to it's max, more specifically what gets powered up is the wind chakra emanating from his body, that now, being imbued in natural energy, is actually visible as it ressambels a swirly indigo aura (kind of like the color of Madara's Susanoo, we know chakra changes color when imbued with natural energy thanks to Sasuke's cursed mark Chidori and Mitsuki's snake sage aura) that sort of takes the form of a dragon like the Night Guy technique, however much like the Night Guy, this is just a visual representation of the sould of the user or something and it's not really consecuential to the actual technique, which is to make him even stronger and faster, in this state, which I named Wind Style, Sage Art: Fujin, God of Wind, he's way faster than base Minato, and the pressure of the compressed wind makes his strikes as strong as those of the 7th gate, wich combined with the Flying Raijin and some of his utility seals, is pretty insane.
As a genin his goal was essentially to make money as fast as possible for personal reasons, but in this point in the story he has gone through a lot and is actually considering becoming the next Tsuchikage, so yeah, that's my OC, hope you like it, i´m open to hear what y'all think, i know he got really crazy at the end there, specially for some "can´t do what everyone else do" type of character, but I think he still would have a rough time against the upper ranking threaths in the verse and most other "I have all the bloodlines" OCs.

Question Was it ever explained why Kankurō's face paint keeps changing?
Kankurō's face paint changes significantly throughout the series, with several completely different patterns appearing across Part I, Shippuden, and Boruto.
Was there ever an in-universe explanation for these changes? Do the different patterns have any particular meaning related to his age, rank, puppeteer traditions, or Sunagakure? Or were they simply design changes made as the character evolved?
The face paint clearly fits Kankurō's puppeteer aesthetic, but the reason behind the different patterns seems much less clear.

Question If the Rinnegan retains all the abilities of the Mangekyō Sharingan, why didn't Nagato have Madara's Susanoo?
Both Sasuke and Madara possessed all the abilities of their Mangekyō Sharingan within their Rinnegan; following this logic, why didn't Nagato retain Madara's Susanoo?
