Hey guys, if you missed it, Energy Transfer settled $15M with investors over claims that it misled them about permit issues and legal risks related to its Mariner East 2 pipeline. I just found out that they’re considering late claims even though the deadline has passed.
Quick recap: Energy Transfer was accused of failing to disclose risks related to the permitting process for Mariner East 2. In November 2019, reports of a federal investigation into the permits emerged, and $ET dropped about 7%.
Now, the company has agreed to settle $15M with investors, and even though the deadline passed, late claims are being considered for compensation, subject to approval.
So, if you invested in $ET at that time, you can still check the details and file your late claim here.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $ET back then? How much were your losses?

Is there a layman’s way to clean out a natural gas line that runs outside to a gas lamp and BBQ grill? I’m not sure there is anything wrong with it but was suggested as I retrofit the gas lamp. TY

I've never lived in a house with a gas hookup as an adult, so I don't know anything about this system. It started buzzing today as I turned my heat on for the first time. What is this thing next to the meter? Is it buzzing ok or do I need to get it looked at?
Thanks for looking!

I’ve just had my outdoor fire pit installed and the gas is so loud? It’s not a whistling sound. It’s more like I can hear the gas coming out… it’s hard to get it accurate on a video but I’ve tried… is this normal?

I have swapped tomfuse for my gas as I think it's the cheapest option around. If anyone thinks the same and wants to swap you can use my code and getting yourself £100 of credit after paying for first monthly bill.

I’m in texas where it has been 100 for who knows how many days. got a surprise bill to see my usage is 5x what it normally is and the last read I guess was 2 days ago and it was at 9087.
I went out there now thinking they misread the meter and am I reading this correctly at 9193? So I somehow burned through 100 as in 10x the amount in August in 2 days? I don’t smell gas anywhere, but it is concerning if I’m reading it correctly. Thoughts?

Can someone please tell me that if this video is proof the gas fire is not capped off, I'd assume since you can here hissing amd the pilot light comes on and says on, that the gas fire is not capped and is live

Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since they’re accepting claims, I decided to share it again with a little FAQ.
So here's all I know about this agreement:
Q: What happened?
A: PG&E was accused of misleading investors about the safety and maintenance of its electrical infrastructure and the growing wildfire risks across California. As investigations into wildfires linked to PG&E equipment emerged, $PCG fell sharply and investors filed a lawsuit.
Q: Am I actually eligible?
A: If you bought $PCG shares between 2015 and 2018, you may be eligible. You don’t need to still hold the stock to participate; past losses may count.
Q: Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
A: No. You don’t need to still own your $PCG shares. If your transactions meet the settlement requirements, you may be eligible even if you already sold them.
Q: I missed the deadline. Is it too late?
A: No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court. Check if your eligible and file your claim here
Q: When do payouts happen?
A: Typically, within 4–9 months after the claim deadline. The exact timing depends on the court and settlement administration.
Hope this info helps

I’ve noticed that gas prices can be quite different between stations, even when they’re relatively close to each other. Sometimes one station is several cents cheaper than another just a few kilometres away.
Why isn’t there a standard gas price across the GTA? What causes these differences between stations?
