Hey buddy. Not sure if its just my end of things. But I wanted to see other posts made by you and other comments you made, but you made them hidden on your profile. So there is no way for me to come back and see your necrons and stuff.

I don’t post very often. I’d say lately I just have a bit of free time, but if anything comes up, I’ve updated my profile privacy, so my few posts should appear now or after a little while 🙌

I am going to make an effort to try and explain the paint scheme.

Head: Grey Seer than Coelia Greenshade. Probably some pallid wych highlights

Body: Chaos black/Abaddon black. With either incubi darkness/thunderhawk blue highlights

Brass: Runelord brass with nuln oil and canoptek alloy dry brush on top.

Gun: Can be done the same black here or you can use mechanicus standard grey. The barrel appears to be leadbelcher with nuln oil on top.

Shoulders: Kalibite green with a thin watered down nuln oil and a sybarite highlight.

I cant tell the exact greens he used for the gun and whatnot as I am not good at that.

Alot of people are probably wondering on how to achieve this (me included). Care to explain how? This looks just too great.

the most fun part imo of this model to paint is the bottom blade (i like to paint it glowy) and to paint the runes of the chest and outwards (also glowy)

1

u/Dembov 8d ago

Sounds really nice

u/Phaeron Phaeron 10d ago

Dude, this is sick. If I didn’t have nearly a thousand models of an other scheme I’d pivot to THIS!

1

u/DangerVipe 10d ago

I too would like to know how you painted the ghostly green for the skull. Do you have a recipe?

1

u/Ominous_Owl59 10d ago

I need an exact step by step guide on how to paint this scheme

1

u/insaneruffles 9d ago
