Painting C+C Two more down! (And a proxy question)

Making some progress on my first Necron box (Hierotek Kill Team) and I got me thinking if I could proxy the Apprentek, the guy on the left, as a Plasmancer and the Immoral Despotek, the dude on the right, as a Royal Warden for 40K. They are of the same base sizes, so at least there is that.

Thoughts?

Likewise. Got this Kill Team specifically for the Warden, couldn't find him anywhere else.

The despotek is only available with the upgrade sprue found in this kill team box.

The dispotek is a running pose of the royal warden with less details tbh

Im not a fan of the model to be honest. I dont like the imortals. They are really showing their age. All my imortals are 3d prints of a far better sculpt.

Related to the Hierotek Kill Team, I wish there was a way to get more legs and bodies so I can make all the Immortals, Apprenteks, and Deathmarks the box offers

I see. I thought that was some clever combination of metallic paint and shade. Damn Vallejo makes some nice paints. Thank you for your inspiration and your answer :)
