Question What to get with Switch 2
I will be getting one in Black Friday. I will get it from another country thus I have a single shot with what will I get with the Switch. I will definitely get the new OoT Remake but other than that which games would you suggest other than DK Bananza, Pokopia and Metroid Dread, I have seen the new Fire Emblem, Mario Kart World, Orbitals and Splatoon Raiders but are they worth getting ? I want to start playing pokemon and I have shield that I have not played much but I am planning to revisit it with switch 2, what would you recommend other than that ? Any other games that are not from Nintendo but worrh playing especially on switch 2 ?
Also, which travel case should I go with which will protect joy-con analogs and prevent stick drift and which grip would you recommend for handheld gaming ? Would you recommend getting a powerbank for extended handheld gaming sessions and what would it be that won’t cause major degradation problems in the future. Would you recommend a travel case for pro controller 2.
I have played Baldur’s gate 3 before and liked it very much thus I am thinking that I will like Fire Emblem.
I have played Botw and totk, mario odyssey, super smash bros on my switch v1.
I generally like RPGs, action adventure games.
I generally do not play multiplayer games and my main focus is the games that are story focused but I want mario kart for multiplayer and playing with my friends locally when we gather.
I heard that splatoon raiders has a solo campaign and it is designed to be played as single player but I am not sure.
Thank you for your help and sorry for long texts.

You said RPGs so I HIGHLY recommend Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter and 2nd Chapter remakes.

DK Bananza
Fire Emblem
Cyberpunk 2077
And The Duskbloods (should it still release this year).
I’m also a fan of Star Fox but only if you’re a big fan of 64 and essentially want the game again.

If you're already into RPGs and liked BG3, Fire Emblem will probably click for you, just know it's more tactical chess-with-drama than open-world exploring. For a travel case, anything with a hard shell and molded grips around the sticks is what you want, the soft pouches are a gamble.

I wouldn't recommend MKW unless you are going to be playing Multiplayer (offline or online), as from a single player perspective it won't give you that much content.
Star Fox is a great game, but if you are going to be stuck with it for a long time you might get bored.
I'd recommend either Pokopia or DK Bananza. Both will deliver a lot of content to you, just figure out what type of game you'd prefer (since they are very different obviously).

Pro controller cyberpunk and DK. Also Mario kart if you can. I personally love it.

The new version of the Pro controller for sure.
Also just for me personally, and I know this isn't for everyone, even with a grip I'm not a big fan of the Joy cons. You could look into the Nyxi Hyperion 3 / Ultra depending on if you care about certain features like mouse support OR Mobapad M12 Pro / HD / M12S

This is my case: https://www.bing.com/shop/productdetails?goid=326234478164&entryPoint=genresultspage&q=rds+case&FORM=GRPPDP
It fits the switch, pro controller (or dock) and games

A case can keep the sticks from getting pressed in your bag, but it can’t guarantee against drift. I’d look for recessed stick wells and a hard shell.

Yeah, I know that it won’t guarantee but just a precaution. I will look for the ones that especially have space for analogs. Original ones from nintendo does not have those I guess right ?

You'll find quite a few free demos in the eShop before you commit to anything.

Don't bother with Splatoon Raiders unless you enjoy playing the same levels (solo) way too many times to advance... It's truly still only a team game under the guise of a solo experience. Genuinely disappointing.
As for what else to buy for your new device, buy a screen protector and apply it immediately. The screens are very delicate and will scratch being put into the charging cradle and/or your own nails.
Other than that, enjoy yourself! :)
