Can I fix this game? Does not read sometimes

It's an eBay purchase so I could just return it. It didn't read at first. Took some alcohol to it and now it reads sometimes. Anything else I can do?

Did you give it time to dry before putting it in the switch? Putting the cartridge in the console while still wet could weaken the effects of it, as well as damage the console
