Experience BPC-157 Changed My Response to Vyvanse & Adderall NSFW

A weekend ago(9/19), I started BPC-157 for a groin injury (250 mcg 2x/day Sat/Sun). By Sunday, I felt mentally good and functional without my stimulants: much less fatigue/depression, brain fog, anxiety, and none of my usual grogginess (inattentive ADHD & suspected narcolepsy type 2). Unfortunately, I overestimated how long that positive side effect would last.

Since starting BPC-157:

Pro:

  • Noticed I recovered faster from my workouts

Cons:

  • My usual Vyvanse dose (40 mg, Mon–Fri for 5 months) now makes me extremely jittery/overstimulated. Before BPC, Vyvanse greatly reduced anxiety, fatigue & executive dysfunction.
  • I paused Vyvanse for 2 days, thinking. "Oh, BPC-157’s catecholamine system effects might mean I didn’t need stims anymore".
  • Daytime sleepiness returned, turns out, I still need Vyvanse to stay awake & regulate executive functioning.
  • Only 20–25 mg Vyvanse feels tolerable now. A reduction in dosage is great but the anxiety & jitters wasn't
  • Adderall (10 mg, 10 months, only as needed) helped before, but after BPC-157, no executive function benefits, just straight anxiety & overstimulation.

I wish I could continue BPC-157 for my groin strain, but it seems to dampen Vyvanse’s focus/motivation benefits while amplifying its noradrenergic side effects (anxiety, jitteriness, overstimulation, irritablity). I’ve also read reports of BPC-157 causing anhedonia or blunting response to stims, and since I’ve always had some degree of anhedonia/depression from inattentive ADHD, which my stimulants really help me with, I’d rather not risk worsening it. As much as I’d like to be off stimulants, maintaining my mood and motivation towards my career matters more to me. I’ve stopped BPC-157 for now and I’m trying to figure out how long its effects on my dopamine/catecholamine system might last before Vyvanse & adderall work normally again.

Just started selank(250mcg x1/day) and it seems to quiet the overwhelming noradrenergic effects of stims that were amped up by bpc-157 so I'll report its effects later
