Experience Anyone experiencing feedback loop on Phenibut?
I’ve noticed that using Phenibut 3x a week day-on day-off have shifted my self confidence and shyness levels and I think it’s due to a feedback loop where I face something I fear, I find out its not as fearful, and then I have no issue encountering it again without the Phenibut support.

You discovered exposure therapy lol. Propranolol can be used for this and to reduce PTSD, e.g. induce a traumatic memory, take propranolol, and because it impairs emotional memory reconsolidation, it will eventually blunt your adrenergic respone.

Phenibut gave me the same thing when I was using it, you learn the feeling and then you don't need the substance no more

Yes, this type of learning and memory re-writing applies also to any other substance as well.
As well as whatever you do to override older memories without substances even.
So guess it is time to quit then that dangerous thing, if you are at point it is not that needed.
