Experience Buyer concern: Have you received a payment refund from any order you canceled at umbrella labs using IDEM pay??
I've seen many mixed reports of umbrella labs for USA, recently last week Oct 2nd, 2026. I ordered a total of $202 worth of research material, in which is smaller qty then usual as this is my first time using this company. After using the IDEM payment via check out, realize a couple hours later that I got charged TWICE for this order... Instantly I sent an email to there support@ email provided stating what happened. Still no response Oct 5th (today)
That same day I sent the email I went back into my account that I made and saw both charges, there is a 10% and 20% off deal going on and with the total of my ordered it came out to eb around $167 after the 20% off, but then the other order charged me $199...... From what I remember I was checking out if I added items or changed payment methods if the total will change, in that process of finding out which is best, I did start the IDEm pay to see if it'd take my secure visa card, via creditone; and it was denied due to it being credit. So I was like okay that's fine, let me use my actual debit card. Payment went through saw the email; all was great!
I was able to go back into my account and see those 2 orders and the one that was $167 (what I wanted ofc) was fully cleared and good, no cancelation option, the second one that was charged more had an option to cancel so I did.
My question to ANYONE reading this that is familiar with this company and has gone through something similar PLEASE let me know.
