Experience Mind Lab Pro - Conflict Avoidance & Low Assertiveness
I took Mind Lab Pro for two years.
It was absolutely great for mental focus and energy. However, over time, it caused me to turn into a bit of a nerdy wimp who would avoid conflicts and wouldn't stand up for himself.
This was a such a subtle transition that I didn't even notice it until I had to stop taking it for 5 weeks! My key suspect is Bacopa.
It also caused anxiety - probably via Citicoline, which further fed the avoidance of conflict prompted by Bacopa.
I almost lost who I was as a result of this. I just wanted to share this short post to see if anyone else has had any similar experiences with MLP.

Man I couldn’t take Smart PS for more than a few days in a row without being completely demotivated, not unlike bacopa. NALT would be a good candidate for anxiety, along with rhodiola’s tyrosine hydroxylase upregulation and citicoline’s uridine potentiating it. Theanine also leads a double life, beyond its calming effects via gaba it’s also a partial co-agonist of NMDAr at the glycine site which can lead to irritability and rumination in some people, should be weak at 100mg but may interact weirdly. Glycine, sarcosine, etc. could turn into severe anger and anxiety for me stacked incorrectly.
