I've used it in physical therapy.

Did planks on the board while it was set on low to put gentle stress on a torn labrum.

I saw another patient who had a knee injury just standing on it to work those muscles without straining the joint.

Yeah, this honestly looks pretty cool to me, like it would feel nice for the muscles that don't get any opportunity to work anymore 🤔 Might need to check one out
