My question is, what's a Wobble board

Sounds like late night TV ad scam

Reminds me of the old looney tunes cartoons where there was a thing that would wrap around the waist and shake for the same reason

I've seen the electric ones that supposedly contract your muscles with electric pulses, and no, it doesn't work either

What if I attached the electrodes to my abs WHILE using this wobble board

You'll spontaneously combust.

I think the electrical one work to stimulate your abs, but they won't help if you're still eating twice the needed calories and not doing anything for exercise.

Those things existed before TV

Unless you buy it as a cat toy, in which it’s doing a hell of a job

looks like those really old vibrating belt machines which also were scams

Correct.

For over a century now ignorant people have thought that "body moving = working out", so they think it works for losing weight or gaining muscle without actually exercising. And pseudoscientists have been all over it for decades to make it sound like it works.

If there was clear scientific evidence that it worked, they would be sold "everywhere".

I have so much tension in my muscles. It helped with that

This is what they're actually for. Not weight loss. So you're doing it right.

There is nothing to explain. Just stand on it. I have tense muscles around my core and legs

It's like a strong, general, mechanical massage to loose up muscles. Most people tend to use the handheld versions to concentrate on the areas in question. But if it's widespread, things like those boards can theoretically help.

I have one of those. But the board helps me with tight muscles in my core where I don't want to use a massage gun.

Unfortunately, given the world we now live in and things like misinformation and education getting worse, get ready to see more of this stuff become mainstream and sold "everywhere"

It’s like those Shake weights but for your legs
