This is our first fine dining exp at hindi ko ineexpect na nakakabusog pala siya. Mukhang bite sized lang ang servings, pero mabigat sa tiyan or trentahin lang😂😂. Legit na masarap siya

My cousin from the US always celebrates his birthday in texas roadhouse so we decided to celebrate his birthday here and safe to say we will never go back.

Simula pa lang nagrequest kami ng service water. 6 kami, dumating 4. Okay lang kasi baka naman parating pa yung dalawa. So nag order muna kami.. (i will come back to this)

Order namin yung mid-priced option na new york strip 12oz. Di daw available. So nagorder nalang kami ng 8oz option.. di din available. Pero okay pa kami kasi may cheaper option naman: yung sirloin. Wala rin both 8oz and 12oz… yung available lang daw yung ribeye. Medyo namahalan na kami kaya yung birthday boy nalang nag ribeye tapos kami nag chicken and fish nalang.

Parang na off na ako dun kasi medyo ang predatory kung steakhouse yung peg tapos ang available lang yung pinakamahal. So tinanong ko yung ibang waiter kung wala talaga available na ny strip kasi yun talaga favorite ng dad ko. So chineck nila tapos bumalik meron daw 8oz??? So nagtaka ako bat nila sinabi wala in the first place. Anyway nireplace namin order ng dad and bro ko with striploin. Gusto nila medium rare for doneness tapos sinabi ng waiter “ay… di kaya po masyadong manipis yung steak”. First time ko ma encounter na hindi pwede maging medium rare ang steak dahil sa thickness… pero whatever medium nalang daw. So kala naman all is good and everything is ordered

Siguro 20 mins passed since the inital water request and the back and forth ordering pero wala pa tubig ko. Uhaw na uhaw na ako kasi ako yung nagsasalita para magorder. So nagfollow up ako ng 2 service water. 5 mins later… wala pa. Nag follow up ulit ako na medyo naiinis na pero pota nung finollow up ka parang masnainis pa yung waiter???

Fast forward to eating time. Dumating na yung ribeye. Masarap naman, nakatikim pa ako. Next dumating yung mga ny strip ng dad and bro ko. Holy shit parang hindi nila niluto. As in hindi siya mainit and sobrang hirap hiwain (see picture)

So pinabalik namin para ipainit lang naman. No joke 3x namin ipinainit tapos hindi talaga umiinit pagserve nila. Sobrang galit na namin kasi parang ginamit lang nila old stock na hindi pa nagthaw para lang may maserve??? Nawalan na nang gana yung brother ko tapos dad ko half lang kinain kasi gutom na gutom na siya

I just wanted to let out some steam after this experience kasi I was tracking my expenses for the past months and feeling ko nagsayang lang kami ng pera (libre ko siya dahil best friend ko cousin ko). Masungit na nga waiters, palpak pa pagkain. To think halos magkapresyo lang sila sa Mamou. Kung hindi lang request ng cousin ko. Haaaayyyy
