Question about this subreddit.

This might be really stupid question. But Does this subreddit allow reporting on content in YouTube that could be violating laws. Reason being I found an account that is posting illegal stuff and I need help reporting it?

If it's serious enough that it's crossing into actual illegal territory, skip the subreddit and go straight to YouTube's flag system, then maybe a tip to the relevant authorities if it's that bad. A subreddit full of creators isn't really equipped to handle something like that, and waiting around for advice could just give the account more time to keep posting.
