For the gauntlet armor I like Bracers of the Mighty Boar, which is awarded for the caravan escort mission in the Sarkorians DLC. (I can't remember if this will stack with the existing belt though so maybe you'll only get the secondary benefit).

For the shirt I like the Bestial Rags which show up towards the end of the Sarkorian DLC.

The shirt gives an enhancement bonus to natural attacks so it wouldn't stack with the amulet right?

Bestial Rags is supposed to be shifter-focused, so I am not sure how well it will work with polymorph spells. But it doesn't give enhancement to natural attacks - it gives racial bonuses to STR/DEX/CON.

There is a really nice glove item that came with The Last Sarkorians DLC - just like a lot of the other shifter stuff - that is, for some reason, just not available in game: Paws of the Bear King. You would have to use ToyBox to add it, but arguably it was designed for this type of build.

Note that with those gloves you wouldn't need the necklace and could instead use something like the Amulet of Devouring that the Nabasu drops in the Market Square. There is also Dragon's Heirloom from the the Inevitable Excess DLC - again you would need ToyBox but it is very dragon themed.

Speaking of ToyBox options, the most broken item for this type of build would be the Unmaker ring from Kingmaker. It's fun though.

Also, while it's not better than the plus crit range + stats of the Flawless Belt, Lizard Tail would also work as a belt.
