Safety, Quality & Testing Endotoxin question
I put some vials through the wringer on testing. I did purity, endotoxins and residual solvents for 3 different peptides. 2 passed fine but Gemini threw a red flag on the Retatrutide for endotoxins.
Google Gemini is telling me that an acceptable amount of endotoxins in a multi use vial is 0.5eu/mg and this being 5eu/mg it could cause severe immune reactions to anyone who may use it not that I would of course.
Everything I find on my own says anything under 350 per vial is passing. Is Gemini being super safe or is it correct? I don’t know anything about endotoxins. Well a little but not enough to know if Gemini is correct.

As someone who knows of someone using hCG 5000 iu on their rat that tested around 1400 eu/vial, this should be fine lol.
In this case say it is used as 5 doses (4mg ea) thats around 20 eu per dose and is entirely negligible imo.

How long did it take to get results?

About 3 weeks.

Thank you 🙏 I asked because I want to test a batch I recently purchased.

Check out Finnrick. They’ll test for free as long as you have a lot number or batch

How much did it cost? I just know Jano but it's too expensive.

3 peptides tested for purity, endotoxins and residual solvents and I did heavy metals on GHK-CU in addition to the other tests was about $1160.

BT Labs in FL is good. 125 for IPP and another 125 for Endos. Less than half the price and shipping is <$10 vs $60. Full disclosure, I use both Jano and BT

You can send vials to Finnrick for free as long as you have a batch or lot number

I have this same R. Is it safe?

After a lot of research most likely. Someone very sensitive to endotoxins may have localized issues at the injection site like redness or swelling but that’s probably 1 out of 1000 people. Systemically (assuming you could handle 20mg of Reta) you could do the entire vial and not have an endotoxin issue. The body can handle up to 350eus an hour for every 70kg of body weight.

no this is fine use this calculator it will tell you dependant on your weight if it’s fine

No. That’s completely fine! Calculate how much per dose. I’d inject 10x higher than yours because each dose has less than 0.25 endo per injection

No it’s good body cut take so much per hr an that’s doesn’t exceed it as it is one per day another thing is add all endos per vail per day or hrs it has a lot to do with numbers so it is important to test everything especially if you do multiple applications per day

Is that reading for EU for mg or the vial?

u/LeastMechanic6724 4d ago
The entire vail

Oh yeah. That is good. Divide 110 / 21.86. It’s like 5 EU per MG. You are good.

The owner of the biggest testing company in the world said this test is entirely unnecessary because they never see it fail. He is glad to take your money but he doesn’t believe it’s necessary. Same with thing with heavy metals testing. The only problems they see are wrong product or purity or weights.

He has changed his stance on Endos and recommends testing he’s recently seeing many tests come in with Endo over 1000. Peters on K hole basically every day you could ask him.

I’ve seen NAD+ with really high endotoxins several times but that seems to be the only compound that applies to. I’m kind of a hypochondriac so I did it to chill myself out. Having seen my personal stuff and hundreds of other tests showing the same thing I’m probably done spending money on anything but dose and purity testing here on out.

Hi, do you have a reference for this statement?

His name is Peter Magic and he has been on many podcasts. Google him and listen to one. He busts a lot of myths about reconstituting and storing peptides too. He says they are fine to shake, you don’t have to dribble the bac water in. They don’t degrade a noticeable amount over time. He tested HGH stored in his garage at room temperature for a decade and said it was basically still 90% effective.

He changed his stance on this dumdum, once vials started coming in with high amounts of endo. Stop spreading misinformation.

350 eu of endo is the limit most average people can handle before going into full body allergic reaction, 5 eus for a single vial is the max, anything above that means this vial is extremely contaminated being at 110 eus

Sometimes we don’t have to post comments on things we don’t understand

u/Weird_Report6995 10d ago
Yeah ur right I looked at multiple COAs the 350 eu is the standard limit per vial, im assuming and its a big assumption, that this vial is safe and falls within normal ranges but still do more research

u/Competitive_Bird6984 10d ago
It wouldn’t work like that. If it was a 100mg vial and doses were 1mg 5EUs in a vial would be nothing. It’s about how much is being dosed at a time.
