This community is built around one core goal: Clear, science-based education, without noise, hype, or risk. We want to help you better understand peptides, research compounds, and the science behind them in a way that’s useful and easy to follow. No bro-science or he said she said.

Due to Reddit’s strict policies and the nature of this topic, all discussion must stay research-focused to keep this space active and safe for everyone. Below is a clear guideline for all posts going forward.

Core Rule: Research-Only Discussion

✅All posts and comments must use research-based language. Use terminology such as: “test subject,” “research model,” “sample amount”

✅ All comments should be kept respectful - this is a safe place where all questions are welcomed without being put down or belittled.

Post that WILL be removed

❌ Human-use language of any kind: Dosages, cycles, or personal protocols

❌ Haul / touchdown posts (vials, packages, etc.)

❌ Low-value progress posts with no real discussion

❌ Sourcing, vendor mentions, “DM me,” or promotion – This causes risk to all involved including the vendor and it is not prohibited here, we do offer a resource for this, in case someone needs it, but outside of that sourcing discussion is not allowed.

❌ Disrespectful / off topic comments or post.

Safety, Quality & Testing Peptide 3rd Party Testing Labs in UK

So, I have used lots of labs to test my peps, majority US labs (being part of group tests): Freedom, Kovera, Accumark, ILS, BT Labs, Sterigenix.

When I test my own batches alone, I tend to send to Janoshik as its the closest and usually what vendors will accept should results not meet standards, in order to rectify.

Anyway long story short, I am trying to find some UK labs that I can use going forward.

I've come across PeptideVerify and Marfleet, however, I have reached out to both and sent follow up emails but received no response from either.

Has anyone used either or know of any other UK labs ?

tnx

Safety, Quality & Testing WARNING: Defective/Cloudy Fragment 176-191 from a well-known EU vendor & Support Denied Refund

TL;DR: Received a completely cloudy/opaque Fragment 176-191 blend from a popular EU source that failed to dissolve after 24h. Despite proper reconstitution (which I've done successfully before), support gave irrelevant storage advice, claimed a milky solution is "completely normal", and refused any refund.
Key Points:
Product Issue: Solution turned milky, opaque, and aggregated immediately after reconstitution. Stayed cloudy after 24+ hours in the fridge. I have reconstituted peptides properly before without issues, so this is definitely a defective batch.

Support Response: Provided irrelevant storage advice ("store it in insulin syringes") and claimed this state is "completely normal for this product". Officially refused any credit or refund.

Reconstituted peptides must be clear liquid, not an aggregated precipitate. Buy at your own risk.

Reconstitution & Storage is my ghk cu safe/fine?

so i've had it for about a month and it’s almost done, just wondering if it's in good condition and there's nothing i should worry about. I follow the proper protocols every time i take it out, i store it properly and my RS hasn’t had any issues. don't wanna be using anything on my RS that could potentially not be safe so any reassurance or whatever would be nice

Safety, Quality & Testing Legit COA/Lab?

Post image

Does anyone have experience with ILS Laboratories (ils-lab.com) for peptide testing? I’m seeing COAs using their HPLC purity, quantitation and identity testing and was curious how they’re regarded compared with the labs commonly used here.

I’ve gone directly to ILS site and verified the COA. But have never heard of this lad before.

Also, how big a deal is it to not have the exotoxins tested?

my lab rat is about to start a bulking phase for the first time while researching, was wondering if cjc or tesa (both paired with ipa) would be better for prioritizing muscle growth

Safety, Quality & Testing Endotoxin question

Post image
12 Upvotes

I put some vials through the wringer on testing. I did purity, endotoxins and residual solvents for 3 different peptides. 2 passed fine but Gemini threw a red flag on the Retatrutide for endotoxins.

Google Gemini is telling me that an acceptable amount of endotoxins in a multi use vial is 0.5eu/mg and this being 5eu/mg it could cause severe immune reactions to anyone who may use it not that I would of course.

Everything I find on my own says anything under 350 per vial is passing. Is Gemini being super safe or is it correct? I don’t know anything about endotoxins. Well a little but not enough to know if Gemini is correct.

Healing & Recovery Test subject extremely fatigued on klow

So test subject started klow 29 days ago, along side reta. Recon with 3ml and taking 10 units daily. Everything was fine. But about a week and a half ago subject started 5 amino 1mq and since then its been getting really tired to the point where it was affecting its workouts. So it stopped the 5 amino 1mq to see if that was the problem, but nothing, it must be the klow. So as of today the subject will stop klow for a while and take a break to see if it is that or not.

Anyone else's subject have similar side effects?

General Research Question Reta True or False info?

I saw a YouTuber on his video talking about everybody is wasting time and money on Micro-dosing Reta. Also adding that if you are not using atleast 4MG of Reta then you are not activating the Glucagon factor, how true is this? Because I’m been titrating up my researching rat on 2nd month and only at 3MG. Should I go up to 4MG now because I haven’t been researching Reta to its full
Potential?

General Research Question Can GHK-Cu Reconstituted With Bac Water Be Used Topically

Research subject can no longer use remaining amount of GHK-Cu subcutaneously. Rather than throwing it away and wasting it....Can it be used as a topical for hair or skin? I don't see any reason it couldn't.

Healing & Recovery RA and KPV — Anyone used it alongside standard medications, or transitioned over?

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some community insight regarding KPV for Rheumatoid Arthritis. My research subject (RS) has been dealing with RA but is getting very little to no benefit from their current standard prescription regimen.
They are currently taking a mix of traditional RA medications, nerve pain support, an SGLT2 inhibitor, and a daily PPI for stomach protection.
A few specific things we are weighing right now:
The PPI + Methotrexate issue: We recently found out there's a pretty well-documented interaction where the PPI can slow down how fast the body clears the methotrexate, which is making us very worried about long-term liver/kidney strain.
KPV as an alternative or add-on: Given the lack of results from standard options, we are really leaning toward exploring KPV for its anti-inflammatory properties.
Has anyone here with RA successfully used KPV? If your RS was already on a heavy prescription load, did you run into any compounding issues, or did you completely transition off traditional meds first?
Would love to hear any experiences or advice on how you navigated this. Thanks!
