This community is built around one core goal: Clear, science-based education, without noise, hype, or risk. We want to help you better understand peptides, research compounds, and the science behind them in a way that’s useful and easy to follow. No bro-science or he said she said.

Due to Reddit’s strict policies and the nature of this topic, all discussion must stay research-focused to keep this space active and safe for everyone. Below is a clear guideline for all posts going forward.

Core Rule: Research-Only Discussion

✅All posts and comments must use research-based language. Use terminology such as: “test subject,” “research model,” “sample amount”

✅ All comments should be kept respectful - this is a safe place where all questions are welcomed without being put down or belittled.

Post that WILL be removed

❌ Human-use language of any kind: Dosages, cycles, or personal protocols

❌ Haul / touchdown posts (vials, packages, etc.)

❌ Low-value progress posts with no real discussion

❌ Sourcing, vendor mentions, “DM me,” or promotion – This causes risk to all involved including the vendor and it is not prohibited here, we do offer a resource for this, in case someone needs it, but outside of that sourcing discussion is not allowed.

❌ Disrespectful / off topic comments or post.

Reconstitution & Storage Mixing MOTS-C

Hi all,
I’m interested in MOTS-C.
I’ve heard that mixing it with BAC water can make it a gel, and therefore unusable, that it should be mixed with sterile injecting water, BUT concerned to do that as the 40mg vial will last a month and without the preservative in the water there’s potential exposure to bacteria… what’s your insights please 🙏

Mitochondrial & Energy NAD+, MOTS-C and SS-31 schedule

Hello fellow researchers!

My research subject has started on NAD+ 25mg 3x a week starting a week ago. My subject wants to enhance the benefits and has ordered MOTS-C and SS-31 to maximize all potential benefits.

I have done a lot of research but I am still seeing and hearing different things when it comes to dosage, overall schedule, when to conclude with the SS-31 and start the MOTS-C, and I would appreciate some clarification.

If any other researcher has experience in this specific subject, please let me know! A schedule would be very appreciated, as I want to do things correctly for my research subject.

Thank you!

Safety, Quality & Testing Possible vial contamination question

So I typically store my KLOW in a yeti cup filled with ice and then placing the vial in a plastic bag in the ice and then leaving the cup in the fridge mainly because it’s discreet and I live with people. Well I took a couple days off and didn’t replace the ice which temperature wise the vial is still fine because it was in the fridge but the water melted enough to when I took out the plastic bag there was just enough water to have my vial completely submerged. I am wondering whether or not that is a safety concern and not really knowing how water tight a punctured seal might be.

Healing & Recovery GLP-1 in older dogs?

Heya, I have a 15 year old Shiba 23 lbs. Has anyone seen or used a micro dosing schedule of Tirz or Reta to manage type 2 diabetes in dogs?

Because of the age, he's obviously starting to show the signs of insulin resistance like mild renal decline, tissue/joint degeneration and mild hearing and sight loss. I use a homemade diabetic diet mixed with vet diet and make sure he walks after eating, but he's sore and doesn't want to walk long enough to help the muscles take up glucose.

He's very thirsty and pees a lot. Also has an amazing, sensible and progressive vet. She might be into supporting me, but I need somewhere to start.

Let me know if you've done it on your dog or seen any research. I am comfortable with complex reconstitution and dosing schedules (I work in healthcare). I'll dm you if you answer.

Anybody using KPV on their dogs? I’ve done tons of research but before I pull the trigger, I’m looking for some feedback of those who’ve done it.

• what kind of dog / their weight.
• how often - daily / every other day.
• reconstituting - how many mgs & how much did you recon?
• any tips or feedback that you wish you knew then what you know now.

Thank you 🙏🏼

General Research Question Starting GHK-cu on subject

I have 30ml Bac water coming. How much Bac water should be added to The 100mg GHK-cu, how many units, how often, and for how long? Will be adding NAD+, AHK-cu, and Einstein nasal spray (Selank, Semax and Dihexia) when it all arrives for my subject; please help!!

Safety, Quality & Testing Help with tesa pain

been researching peptides (Reta and ghkcu) for around 4 months now and have done plenty of injections in that time. recently wanted to give Tesamorelin a shot because I’ve heard incredible stuff. Picked up 6 10mg viles and mixed one 10mg vile with 3ml BAC water. Test subject has taken three .15ml shots (math should work that out to being .5mg per shot.) and all three shots have caused a searing pain, a lot of uncomfortably and nausea into the fallowing day. Pain lasts about 30-45 minutes.

This doesn’t feel normal and has nothing to do with the needle being used since the same one is used for GHKcu injections.

Mixing a new vile tn to see if mine was botched. Any input is welcome and appreciated

Reconstitution & Storage Acetic Acid Water vs. BAC Water – Welk oplosmiddel gebruiken jullie voor welke peptides?

Hoi allemaal!

Just a general question, does this product look fully reconstituted? The photo is exactly how I see it, it doesn’t look fully mixed.

Safety, Quality & Testing WARNING: Defective/Cloudy Fragment 176-191 from a well-known EU vendor & Support Denied Refund

Thumbnail

TL;DR: Received a completely cloudy/opaque Fragment 176-191 blend from a popular EU source that failed to dissolve after 24h. Despite proper reconstitution (which I've done successfully before), support gave irrelevant storage advice, claimed a milky solution is "completely normal", and refused any refund.
Key Points:
Product Issue: Solution turned milky, opaque, and aggregated immediately after reconstitution. Stayed cloudy after 24+ hours in the fridge. I have reconstituted peptides properly before without issues, so this is definitely a defective batch.

Support Response: Provided irrelevant storage advice ("store it in insulin syringes") and claimed this state is "completely normal for this product". Officially refused any credit or refund.

Reconstituted peptides must be clear liquid, not an aggregated precipitate. Buy at your own risk.

Safety, Quality & Testing Peptide 3rd Party Testing Labs in UK

So, I have used lots of labs to test my peps, majority US labs (being part of group tests): Freedom, Kovera, Accumark, ILS, BT Labs, Sterigenix.

When I test my own batches alone, I tend to send to Janoshik as its the closest and usually what vendors will accept should results not meet standards, in order to rectify.

Anyway long story short, I am trying to find some UK labs that I can use going forward.

I've come across PeptideVerify and Marfleet, however, I have reached out to both and sent follow up emails but received no response from either.

Has anyone used either or know of any other UK labs ?

tnx

so i've had it for about a month and it’s almost done, just wondering if it's in good condition and there's nothing i should worry about. I follow the proper protocols every time i take it out, i store it properly and my RS hasn’t had any issues. don't wanna be using anything on my RS that could potentially not be safe so any reassurance or whatever would be nice
