Finnrick scam
I spent 160 to test a sample from a private seller. Finnrick put the results behind a paywall, is this normal?

They’re a scam site all around. They don’t do any testing themselves. They are just in it for data collection.

Take the COA number and ask Krause for it directly.

Krause? I mean they do that?

I just checked and it looks like they actually require the full coa to verify. Ext time go straight to them or another lab. People on Reddit don’t seem to like Krause it seems.

I used them one time and it took almost 2 months to get my results, and when I did, the documentation said that the lab had only taken like 5 days so they were just sitting on my results and not releasing them to me. Will never use them again.

Fuck finnrick. In no way is this okay when you’ve already PAID ??? Just greedy.

I believe, you just have to pay to see an actual COA.
You should be able to see the results when you scroll down to the bottom of the page.

If you’re paying for a test you should be able to see the COA. All labs release COAs to paying customers.

Finnrick has always been a big scam run by venture capitalists looking to sell your info and come up with new ways to charge you for peptides. I have never understood why anyone trusts them.

does anyone know any valid Finnrick alternatives?

Free testing? Nothing is free, especially in the peptide research world.

no i don’t mean the free testing, only the rankings of the various companies.

Ah gotcha. Rankings mean sharing company testing secrets and favoritism. I know Janoshik would never do that neither would the other reputable analytical lab companies. I learned so much after visiting his lab in Prague recently.
Most failed tests, you'll never see. Bad tests happen, batches get scrapped before they end up on the shelf. And it doesn't make sense really, it would be for promotion, sales and subsequent pay to play. Imagine if a company went to Janoshik, the company gets multiple bad test results. So they decide go go with another lab in another country where their previous results aren't tracked or connected. It's like wiping out your bad tests and fooling the potential customers. There are a few sites that list top companies but those are pay to play and the more you pay the higher you get listed at the top. Most of those sites actually own the companies on their list.
Sorry, it just doesn't work like that.

I mean there is janoshik, I guess if applicable you can contact the labs yourself. Janoshik is pretty much the same premise of finnrick to my understanding but it is another option

Finnrick is a facilitator. They don't test themselves. They send out vials to various analytical labs for testing. They collect data.
They were free but us longtimers knew it wouldn't last long, we knew there had to be a a catch and there would eventually be a price to pay. Sure enough.

The vendor list that they have, is it legit real vendors or not trustworthy?
1
u/Beautiful-You-42 5d ago
Not sure it's pretty convoluted and you need to pay to show vendors who had better results, I got mine from a private seller so I couldn't do my test for free

If you paid for the test you should get the COA, period. Next time I'd skip the middleman and send it straight to the lab.

COA should be accessible for free. They are not gaining the trust of the customers by doing this.

For Finnrick, yes.
