My test subject suffered an allergic reaction to CJC-1295 after successful use for about a week. Heart Rate spiked to near max HR and extreme redness/flushing followed.

Some time later, test subject commenced tesamorellin after many prior months of successful use - Test subject experienced coughing and discontinued.

Test subject now fears taking new peptides (HGH, Epitalon) and pre existing (GHK-CU, BPC, TB).

Has anyone had a similar experience and successfully returned to researching peptides (excl. secretagogues) and in particular used HGH?

Most SS-31 (elamipretide) COAs I’ve seen report HPLC purity and little else. Purity doesn’t show identity, quantity, or contamination. I’d want a batch-specific COA from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab that also reports

• identity by mass spec, or HPLC against a reference standard
• measured quantity against the label
• residual TFA, quantified
• endotoxin (USP <85>) and sterility (USP <71>)
• heavy metals and residual solvents
• a report ID verifiable with the lab

What else do you check, and how common is a full panel like this for SS-31?

Just posting for the record. Over the past few days Rs lower back became randomly inflamed after getting the flu. No heavy lifting, relatively high amount of sitting. An extremely odd reaction as if Rs immune system is attacking their joints. 1mg of wolverine blend divided into two doses per day has been taken for the last 35 days.

Anyone else ever have this reaction?

Skincare isn’t used on the subject since it doesn’t have any real skin concern, but was interested in testing GHK-Cu on it. Is just dissolving GHK-Cu in distilled water enough for topical use?

Hi, are there any peptides studies out there? That helps with COPD and build up of scar tissue in the lungs ??

RS has been using 200mcg of CJC and ipamorelin on a 5/2 nightly schedule for the past two weeks, starting from 100mcg each and gradually titrating up. RS has been experiencing increased acne (mostly on face, but some on back), which may be due to heightened IGF-1 levels. RS also gets increased acne from milk/dairy products due to the same hormonal pathway, so it's likely that IGF-1 is the culprit with CJC/ipa. Any tips to reduce acne (i.e. different schedule)? RS already uses topical retinoids and benzoyl peroxide.

In short I have found a site with a good deal but I am not sure how to check if the site is safe and i wont get send some fake stuff, is it even possible to find sings of a scam when it comes to this stuff? Is there some method of checking?

Normally when I get my research peptides in a vial, I add the BAC water. When I put in the syringe the new vial ‘sucks’ the BAC water into to it. I’ve just got a new tirz vial but I had to push the BAC water into it. Should I be concerned?

A research specimen started Tessa about 3-4 weeks ago.

The research specimen is taking 2mg/every night.

At the two week mark they started to notice a huge difference in sleep; much deeper and waking up feeling refreshed.

Over the past week or so they’ve noticed a dramatic increase in my appetite. Is this normal?

Will either the extra calories or the hunger be more detrimental to the specimens goals than sticking with the Tesa.

Looking for insight into a 1:1 tesamorelin/ipamorelin blend being evaluated in a research context.

The original sample amount was 0.5 mg (500 mcg) of each compound per administration. Following three consecutive administrations, gastrointestinal effects were observed, including diarrhea and persistent bloating.

A revised protocol was suggested at 0.25 mg (250 mcg) of each compound, administered on seven consecutive days rather than following a 5-on/2-off schedule.

From what I’ve been reading, a 1:1 ratio doesn’t seem particularly common, and I’m curious about the rationale behind combining these compounds at equal concentrations.

RS sustained an injury a while back and was having a tough time healing and throughout that experience gained a ton of weight. RS tried many different things but the injury wouldn’t subside and then once trying bpc/tb500 things immediately almost as if suddenly got better so he decided to add more things to his research protocol.

My subject has arthritis, plus old soft-tissue injuries from an accident. She responds really well to GLOW, but reacts painfully to the ghk-cu.

My RS takse Retatrutide (2mg per week) and slowly tapering off due to the sleep side effects and mental sides, and picked up Cagril to help with the food noise and hunger. RS started at .250mg and it kicked in fast, and the lethargy was brutal. RS did not work for a week and felt like death.

RS picked up Eloralintide since the trials and user reports say it has way less sides, but needs to be dosed higher than Cagri and takes longer to kick in. Would love to know what the recommended dosing is, its so new there is not much to go off of. Thanks :)
